Wonderful little cottage and yard. Great location. Four of us on fun sewing/quilting retreat. Great quality bedding, towels, amenities. Well stocked kitchen, top grade appliances. Could use a little TLC. Very dirty ceiling vent in living room, probably needs new filter in otherwise well functioning heating system. One bedroom door nearly off hinges!! Definitely needs fixing!! Otherwise it was fine. We’d stay there again (if heating system/ducts serviced).

What a great location this was! We were in town for our basketball tournament and like to travel with our two dogs. The house and decide made it cozy and comfortable and it was great to have a fenced in area for the dogs. Close walk to the beach and the shops, close to the outlet stores as well. Would like a little later checkout time at 11am or 12pm, but great stay and would book again.

Great location with everything you could need. Close to the beach and downtown. Communication for checkin was great and would love to return sometime soon.

This place is super cozy. It’s on the older lived in side but that’s what makes it so great. Love that they are dog friendly and just a short walk to the beach. The most well stocked home we have ever rented. If ever in this area again we would rent this place!

The place is kinda run down compared to what it looks like in the pictures. The yard was overgrown, with branches covering the walkway and dead leaves strewn over the whole deck. Spiders were a huge problem. We walked right into a giant web as soon as we entered - got cobweb in our hair and faces, it was gross. Half the cutlery in the drawers was dirty and we had to rewash it. So were some of the plates on the shelves. The living room rug is kinda shabby and hurt my feet to walk barefoot on. I still give this place three stars because it has all the amenities. The hosts probably get to charge so much because of Seaside being a popular summer destination, but going at the end of summer we could have gotten better for the price.

My husband and I were celebrating our 10 year anniversary, and wanted to do so with our 1 year old daughter and our dog. We hadn’t had a trip as a family since our daughter was born, so this was a big deal for us! The coast holds so many special memories for us already that it was the perfect place. And we couldn’t have been more happy with this property! The layout was small but perfectly cozy, and allowed our toddler to safely wander around without getting into anything out of sight. The fenced yard allowed our dog to be able to go outside as needed without us having to worry about his safety. We were able to walk to the beach in less than 5 minutes, and the Main Street promenade was just a few blocks away as well. We had a perfect trip and cannot wait to come back one day:)

We loved this cute family cottage with very comfortable beds. All the details were thought of including lawn chairs, marshmallow sticks, and sand castle gear. We will definitely stay again.

The location is wonderful but the house desperately needs new carpets and a deep cleaning. For this situation it’s all about pros and cons. The pros We were block and a half from the beach it’s isolated from the other houses it has tons of vegetation on the property. Cons I would never walk barefoot in that house!! There’s a sign where they request not wearing shoes which is something I would never do in there! There was construction up there street which made it noisy in the morning Honestly, I like the location but will definitely find another place to stay if we were to go back

Such a lovely property! Very clean and very comfortable! We felt like we were staying at a friends home where they wanted you to feel welcome and comfortable! Will definitely book this location again!

Great home with charm. Well stocked with kitchen supplies, cleaning supplies, linen and more. Short walk to the beach in a great little neighborhood. We had 4 dogs and 2 children, plenty of room for all of us and kennels.

Two beds in the house. One was super soft and we couldn’t sleep in it at all. It needs a deep cleaning at some point but an overall great experience

This home suited our needs almost perfectly. Took one star off because the shower in the bathtub leaks so we had to share the other shower. Nice quiet area (lots of foot traffic makes our dogs bark). The beds were also too soft for me. Next time I'll try the futon. Yard was great .

House was absolutely perfect for our party of five and three dogs. Excellent location and availability of services. My only complaint is that the Internet went out which angered our child immensely. One of the reasons we chose this house was because of the Internet service and the first night we were there it went out, with no one to call to get it fixed. Other than that, the place was perfect for our needs.

Until our last day of the trip I would have given this place 5 stars. It was comfortable, a short walk to the beach, and really had everything we could need (a booster chair, toys, huge movie collection); however, the day before checkout we found rat feces in the back of a cabinet and the next morning we found it all over our food on the counter, as well as the food having been eaten. We had to throw out over $100 of food and Thanksgiving hostess gifts. To know that our 1 year old was playing on that floor and that we were all eating in that kitchen for 4 days before this really turned our stomachs. Now instead of remembering a great vacation we'll only remember the hurried feeling of packing and leaving as quickly as possible. I also emailed Vacasa about this and asked for compensation on the groceries, but it's been over a week without a response so I felt it necessary to warn others before going here in the near future.

This is her third time to stay at this property and we loved it! The house is always clean and well appointed. Beds are very comfortable, The kitchen is great to enjoy special memories… I love making breakfast every day. House is very quiet and in a great location. We will be back again! Thank you

The home was cozy and fun. The bedrooms were comfy. The whole place was peaceful. And it was so close to the beach for some fun and adventure. The kids loved the hammock and the sand toys. It was the perfect retreat for our whole family.

Leaving 5 stars since there are tons of positives. Location was great…a quieter side of Seaside. Enclosed yard was great for our dog. Amenities were good and water pressure in showers was great. It is an older home so all lights are pull switch from the ceiling. The carpets were badly stained but the management was super responsive when we told them and even offered to clean during our stay. It didn’t affect our enjoyment of the trip at all as we know stains can happens in rentals such as this. The main bathroom is an old claw foot tub you stand in to shower. It leaked a little when we showered but couldn’t figure out from where. I just put a towel down to be safe when we showered. Tons of fun games and books. WiFi was great and tv was good quality. I would definitely stay here again.

The house was old-fashioned it worked well for 4 adults, a toddler and dog. There was plenty of room for everyone. We all enjoyed the short walk to the beach and dinners on the shaded patio.

Loved this house, so close to the beach and very cozy. The only negative I have is I think you should be able to check out at 11:00 on a Sunday. It’s hard getting a family out by 10:00.

This property is lived in but very comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Great fenced yard for children and pets. Close to the beach.

We really enjoyed this house. It’s pretty small but very comfortable with room for two couples or a small family. The yard is fenced in and private. Another bonus is a huge collection of board games and movies available for those rainy days. The beach is just down the street and the main drag of Seaside is within walking distance. Our favorite restaurant in town was Nonni’s Italian Bistro.

The house was built in 1938, but has gas heating and AC, and an additional modern bathroom. I can't give it 5 stars because a bathroom and a kitchen from 1938 can't be perfect - but really there's nothing bad, just from a time before modern comforts. The deck is amazing, and we spent a lot of time sunbathing in the yard. Haven't used the grill, it looked a bit too dirty. Cleanliness in general was really ok - it's a real home with real decorations and furniture, and I appreciate it's very hard to clean thoroughly, so don't expect a 5* hotel level. The bathrooms and kitchens were perfectly clean. A very short walk to the north end of the promenade, which is the start of the beach. All in all, great value, would stay again, not perfect because of the kitchen and bathroom sinks, and one bedroom door not shutting properly.

It snowed while we were there but it didn’t matter because there were lots of fuzzy warm blankets to curl up in. It is in a quiet and convenient location. Just a short walk to the beach. The kitchen was very well stocked. The home is old and if you want super modern conveniences the might not be the choice for you. Hope to return in warm weather and enjoy the beach and town.

Nice place near the shore. In walking distance of everything but in a quiet neighborhood. The place was wonderful.
