The Room was spacious and I got the room with balcony. The view was stunning.

They could have provided a Toothpaste as well.

Staff were wonderful.

Hotel Adam is centrally located on the lakeside strip in Pokhara. It’s an easy walk to the lake and the area has plenty of bars, restaurants and shopping right at the door. The hotel rooms are set back from the street so our room was lovely and quiet, clean with lots of light. Staff were so welcoming and friendly and helped us with every request. There’s also an IATA travel agent on site and we booked bus seats to Kathmandu with them and at a very reasonable rate. Staff also helped with suggestions for places and sites to visit. We opted for the breakfast option during our stay and we’re really happy with the fresh eggs and yummy veges, toast and coffees. We had a swim in the newly completed rooftop pool that had stunning views to the Annapurnas. That will be a perfect place to sit when the new bar opens for the trekking season. Thanks to Adam and his team for a thoroughly enjoyable stay.

No complaints! Pokhara can be prone to blackouts during monsoon season but staff kept us informed. Lights always stayed on when blackouts did occur.

It was amazing , the owner and manager of the hotel were very interested , all our tour programs were organized , they were very helpful in every respect , the breakfast was amazing , hotel had amazing lake view rooms, terrace view was great , the staff were friendly , it was the right choice .

Location is good - easy to get to the Phewa lake and good for shopping for souvenirs etc. Breakfast on the rooftop was excellent. The owner is very friendly and looks after his customers very well. We booked a taxi through the hotel (at a reasonable price) to take us round to specific places. A good experience overall.

It is a very touristy location and very busy. If you are after a quiet / remote place, this is not the best place to stay,

The hotel is in the centre of town with shops and cafes just outside. Breakfast is served on the roof with beautiful views of the lake. Adam and his staff went out of their way to help us with problems caused by a cancelled flight. It was a lovely finish to our stay in Nepal. I hope we will be back soon.

Clean, spacious rooms and a good breakfast. Great location right on the lake with good views on the rooftop of the lake and of the Himalayas on a clear day. Most importantly, the staff were amazing. As a solo traveller, they made me feel at home, with Adam in particular helping me prepare for my trek (booked elsewhere). As they have an agency too, they were also brilliant at booking activities, transport and giving some decent advice generally.

A little difficult to meet people as a solo traveller, but that’s a little bit of a given as it is a hotel. This was made up by the staff trying to make you as comfortable and at home as possible.
