It was OK. We always return to the hotel when we know we need to stay in that location. It is not amazing, it is rather pricey, but the location and the rooms are as expected.

This time around the restaurant was worse than previous times... I was not satisfied with the restaurant to the point that we avoided eating there altogether. The staff were OK.

The staff were very helpful and always friendly. There are a lot of seating areas in the lobby. The breakfast buffet had many choices and the breakfast menu was also available. Our room was very comfortable, the facilities we used - pool, gym - were good.

Location, it is downtown but far from the areas what a tourist looking for. Maybe a perfect hotel for crew stuff but not for a tourist. There were fantastic stuffs who were helping by information and recommending some area. But some stuff were totally uninterested even to say hello, busy looking into the screen all the time.

smell of the air con in all areas - felt fusty. didn’t like that the hotel was part of a hospital - especially not knowing beforehand. restaurant really not good - definitely better leaving.

The room was nice and very spacious as well as the shower and bathroom. The bed is very comfortable and there is plenty of space to store stuff and open the luggage. The staff was nice and friendly everywhere. The roof-top has a nice view as well and the pool is nice and relatively big. The parking was easy and comfortable to use as well as not crazy with the prices. The breakfast was good and some of the items vary from a day to an other, it is nice to have other options.

The pillows were not to my liking, it looks like Latin America has different habits with pillows. The roof top pool is very nice but there should be more umbrellas for more shade during the sunny moments. Things were clean in general and that was enough for us but never impeccable. It is preferable to have a car as it is a little far from main things in the center. Even with all these small details we really enjoyed our stay and would book there again with great pleasure.

The people here were wonderful! It was the perfect location for us. Both restaurants are really good. The pool is peaceful and there is a nice view from the gym. Our room was spacious and comfortable and housekeeping always did a great job. My little poodle and I will be back again soon. Thanks eveveryone!

Floors, room and AC smelled of mildew and humidity. All the finishes, flooring, desks, chairs looked either dirty, heavily used. Window shades didnt open all the way. Rain shower in room didnt work. Sauna didnt work

*I chose this hotel because of its wellness facilities so I was very disappointed to discover that the steam room wasn’t working properly. It was creating steam but it wasn’t hot + I had to get the maintenance guy to turn it on! I’m. I’m not sure what was the problem with the actual steam and why it wasn’t getting hot but there was boiling hot water leaking near the door so when I was stepping out from the steam room I ended up burning my feet that are still trying to recover from the burn If I had know that the steam room is a false advertisement and doesn’t work I would have booked Ibis hotel which was only £50 for a night + closer to the centre. I paid almost £120 thinking that it would be nice to have a steam after a 16 flight but ended up burning my feet and not having the steam * also housekeeping had left an open half empty water bootle in my room upon check in which was probably left by they previous guest. The room looked clean so I guess they were rushing and weren’t paying attention to details

Location! It is faraway from downtown. If you are going as a tourist, this is not the best place to stay.
