June27-29, 2023 Very friendly and informative staff. George at the front desk was there when we arrived. He was ready to help and he was full of information. Very short stay in a convenient location. Walking distance to everything. Shout out to our Driver George !!!!! Had a great time with him and he went above and beyond getting us to and from where we needed to be.

Rooms are small and so are the bathrooms. We were there a short time and knew what we were getting, but its worth mentioning if a small bathroom won't work for someone.

Great location near public transportation, many restaurants, tourist sights, and a busy shopping market. Also the breakfast was fabulous.

Unfortunately, my bed gave me a bad backache for several days.

I had an amazing stay at Athens Market Portrait hotel. The location was quite central and a five minute walk towards Monastiraki square. The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful (Special thanks to Bill for making our stay easier and more enjoyable with his kindness and recommendations!). I would give it a 100/10 if i could but ill settle for a 10/10!

Location is great. Reception availabe 24hr and very kind. Breakfat was rich and great. Clean and comfy.

The room didn't have a window or to be accurate it had one window to some deserted part of the building. It's not horrible but if you appreciate daylight in the morning like me should consider it. Also the room is small but well designed so it's ok.

It was a very good choice. Rooms rather small, but we had there everything we needed. The staff for perfect too. Very good location. Breakfast very good.

Maybe more hooks to hang towels.

The staff was great, they were so friendly and helpful. We only stayed there for a long weekend and I would say this is a great place to stay in the center of Athens. The attractions, and great places were nearby, walking distance.

On Saturday night was quite noisy on the corridor, even though we also went to sleep late, so this was more in the middle of the night. I know this is not the hotel's fault, but probably we would not hear that if the room would be 100% soundproof.

Very clean, modern, great bed and 2 different pillows, free water every day, modern and excellent bathroom. Wonderful atention of the personal. Absolutely incredible breakfast: omellettes, orange Juice just made, bacon, eggs, different breads, cheese, Jam, croissants, lot of fruits,... In a beautiful terrace excellent attended by two girls. The hotel is 8 minutes walking to Monasteriki Subway, in the heart of Athens. A building just reformed.

One day we had to go early and picnic instead breakfast in the hotel was no good, almost nothing.

great location, very well decorated and the staff were very kind. The breakfast from the menu was tasty. I liked the small details in the room.

the single room for the price is really small. if you have a big luggage you have to carry it up the stairs to reach the reception. the receptionist suggested a free upgrade for the room but the next day gave it to another person, which is totally fine for me, in the other hand it'd have been better either to mention it and do it or not mentioning it at all. The breakfast buffet was less simple than expected. to order from the menu would take a long time.

The bed and pillows were unbelievably comfortable, toiletries of high quality, polite and welcoming staff, excellent breakfast with options prepared for you fresh, nice facilities and convenient location although some caution is advised when walking at night.

The only thing was the view from window which was - the wall ;) but lets be honest - when you're in Athens you dont spend your time in the room

The hotel is located very near to the main square of the Athens. The rooms was cosy and breakfact FANTASTIC! Staff is very friendly and helphul. I came in the morning before check-in time and was very sleepy and the manager provided me a room in 1 hour after coming and proposed to have breakfast that day as next morning I was going early to the airport.
