It's a cheap hotel so you get what you get tho this one is for sure a little tired. noisy too as it's on a busy road.

I liked the staff. They were very accommodating and helpful. even carried luggage to the room. Beautiful antique/old world style furniture in the lobby with hand painted animals. Fantastic sculptures too. bed and pillow were comfortable

I booked expecting a 2-star hotel…well…this is a 1 minus. located in a marginal neighborhood. people selling items off blankets. the bright side: Wal-Mart is across the street. when I pulled back the bedsheets I found them quite stained. I believe clean…but I went to front desk and received clean ones delivered to my room, whereupon I changed my bed at bedtime. door lock is a very old-fashioned push button with a key anyone could cut and come back. no deadbolt. as a female traveler I put chairs against the door due no second lock. Wi-Fi was problematic due to the abundance of air traffic in the area. Breakfast….not ready at 7:30 AM when I was rising. 9, fine. the coffee is instant. now, about the egg omelette, the eggs were NEVER refrigerated….say no more…for foreigners not used to the bacteria that would produce….well….you could become quite ill. I hate to be negative, but it is what I wrote

You cannot sleep. There is a lot of noise, from the hotel staff, the traffic from the street, the other guests. You cannot close the window. The furniture is broken and old including the bathroom

The reception guys were very pleasant, both at the check-in and check-out. The wi-fi in the room kind of worked. We were on the 6th floor so we could even see something like a view from the window.

Most importantly, we expected many more flamingos. There were none in our room. Only a couple at the hotel's entrance (nice ones though). Also we found too many foreign hairs in the bathroom. The street was quite noisy but we didn't find a way to close the window properly.

Very close to Walmart. One of the male staff was very friendly and could speak English.

This place is listed as being near the main Bus terminal (which is why I booked it), but it is not. It's next to the OLD Terminal and not anywhere near the NEW one, which means I had to pay for cabs both ways. I don't believe anyone is intentionally posting misleading information, but it needs to be rectified ASAP by Booking.com, so as not to keep misguiding people.
