The staff were all so lovely and attentive
Location was peaceful and away from the tourist areas, right by the sea.
Rooms are great size and clean
Only hotel ive been to that each night staff check on you whilsg provide local free desserts to try
Breakfast was delicious, food is bit more

Το προσωπικό πολυ ευγενικο. Και προσπαθούσε να σου πουλήσει με καθε ευκαιρία οτι μπορέσει απο δείπνο σπα ταξί.
Η βίλα με δυο κρεβατοκάμαρες δεν ηταν αυτή που εχει στο booking φωτογραφίες. Όταν με πήγαν στη βίλα είπα δεν ειναι αυτή που εχω κλείσει και μου απάντησαν οτι ειναι όλες ίδιες. Οποτε δεν είχα τα μπάνια που είχα δει στις φωτο ουτε τους χώρους εξω για να καθόμαστε να Αράζουμε οπως είχα δει στις φωτο στο booking. Το πρωινο αξιοπρεπές αλλα αδιαφορο. Σε βραδυα με seafood πάθαμε τροφική δηλητηρίαση και χάλασαν οι διακοπές μου μέχρι να φυγω.

De ruime mooie en nette kamers en vooral de vriendelijke en behulpzame medewerkers. Het zwembad en de tuin was heerlijk om te vertoeven. Zeker aan te raden.

Notre villa était parfaite! La piscine nettoyée tous les deux jours. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le cours de cuisine au bord de l’eau et la disponibilité des équipes!

À 2 couples la maison avec 2 chambres et 2 salles de bains était parfaite. Piscine privée superbe.
Un peu loin de tout. Aucune possibilité de prendre un repas à l’extérieur ou de faire du shopping sans devoir appeler un taxi. Le restaurant de l’hôtel est néanmoins excellent et chic mais bcp plus cher que ceux « en ville ».

The staff is extremely nice and helpful, the food is very good, the atmosphere is lovely, the common spaces are high quality and the amenities satisfy every need you might have. The staff gives a lot of extra during your stay to make it more memorable.
The birds were very loud and made it hard to sleep during the night. The lack of proper soundproofing is very dissapointing in such a high quality hotel (open bathroom, slidings door without proper closure).

Great place to unwind and relax. No screaming kids, delicious food from the restaurant, very accommodating they will definitely make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible. Very pleasant staff.

Rewelacyjna obsługa, podwójny room serwis w ciągu dnia, poczucie kompletnego zaopiekowania, darmowe przekąski podczas korzystania z przestrzeni basenowej były bardzo miłym zaskoczeniem, a obcowanie z balijskim tańcem wieczorem z poczuciem jak na prywatnym występie! Bezcenna, darmowa, poranna praktyka na dachu obiektu.

The view of the ocean, the pool and garden was superb. The food was excellent with a great menu. All staff were very helpful and extremely friendly. Rooms and pool were amazing, everything was comfortable and relaxing.
Probably the only downside is that you are staying quite remote, however this wasn't a problem as we were happy to be away from the hustle and bustle, and just relax and enjoy the scenery. Just something to be aware of

They did not offer shuttles as assumed when booking, as quite a remote location. More variety needed on menu, as only one restaurant. Mix up cuisines.

The staff were all friendly and helpful, and place was so clean.
The services price are a lot dearer that other resorts in Bali and also shops in the city. for example, we stayed in another resort, massage prices were 3 time cheaper that this resort, we tried another luxury message and spa in city which was 5 times cheaper.

Beautiful villa with amazing pool, breakfast was very good quality and substantial, stunning ocean views for happy hour cocktails
The price of living amongst nature - the birds were very chirpy all night long so bring ear plugs if a light sleeper

Amazing food and the kitchen was very open to accommodate a vegan friend in our group. All staff were exceptionally service minded and made our stay so comfortable.Faboulous Spa treatments on offer. Enjoyed sitting at the bar in the evenings overlooking the ocean.
This is the ideal place to stay if you enjoy pure relaxing at the pool side overlooking the ocean with lots of good food.
It would have been a 100% perfect stay if the beach was more accessible. There isn't any beach lounges or any possibility for swimming due to the strong currents.

The room was immaculate. The restaurant had a great selection of food. The pool and spa are beautifully designed. Best part, were the staff. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay met my expectations and that I was satisfied. If you're planning on a relaxing holiday and mostly staying in the hotel, this is a great option!
You will need access to a driving service/hire vehicle, to access nearby shops/restaurants. There aren't many options walking distance to the hotel. This is something that I knew when booking, so the hotel assisted with providing driving services.

Amazing facilities, super comfortable bed, great services. We had our jacuzzi made ready on both nights we were there. The pool and the view were amazing! And food and cocktails were superb. Breakfast is super tasty.
There are no darkening curtains and it's too light in the morning. Also, every morning at 7am we were woken up by super loud music/prayers through the speakers. It went on for 1 hour. We were not warned about it

The staff were incredibly nice and professional. The room is super clean. It’s very quiet place for people who’s looking for place to relax.
It says when I booked that it is directly near the beach, but when I arrived there, the beach was super chaotic you’re not allowed to swim it was very dangerous. There’s no chairs on the beach. You are only allowed to see it from far so if you are looking for a stay near the beach to hang and swim this is not it, this is not the right hotel plus it’s a little bit far from all the facilities.

Villa was nice.
The prices are extremely high. 1 restaurant is yhe hotel and nothing around. We were so unhappy with taste and price! We booked for 4 night but had to leave after 2 nights.
