Friendly and lovely staff and locals were real chill

Nothing. My kids and partner loved it and that’s all I want.

The place was well maintained and cleaned by super friendly staff. Chill beach vibe and flexible with our late change to arrival time at 7pm at night.

There was too much sun... perfect for our holiday!

The cabin was so really hot . Not have fan not AC not air . Lucky I bring my fan .

No way to light gas stove in kitchen

Cabins are good size and still close to other amenities even though we had the ensuite.

Convenience. Parking. Hinemoa was very pleasant. Allowed key pick up early as our event went into the evening.

Website stated there were electric blankets but none provided and heater didn't heat the lounge dining room much.

Fabulous relaxing weekend for my sister and I to chill out and relax. Hinemoa was amazing and so approachable and knowledgeable. We will be back. 💯 100% 😘

Location, close to beach

Facilities are a bit old

The room had everything we needed, the staff were awesome.

The back of our cabin was up against a hill where you could see the slips from the hill behind the cabin next to us

Small unit but comfortable, well equipped and in good location

Check in was seamless, lovely lady at the front desk. The one bedroom unit with the ensuite was nice and clean, comfortable and warm. The surrounding occupants in their respective units were friendly and respectful. The fish and chip takeaway is a minute or two walk away, quite handy. Overall a great stay!

Friendly approachable staff..very flexible..we arrived late and they left key in a safe for us. When we left without being able to shower all 4 kids, the staff allowed us to come back for one after a beach swim..so appreciated..thank you Very clean facilities.

Nothing except maybe need rails on bunk beds for smaller kids.. wasn't an issue for our older kids though

FACILITIES AND STAFF WERE FINE BUT THE CONSTANT BARKING OF DOGS ON OUR FIRST NIGHT KEPT US AWAKE ALL NIGHT. THEN THE SECOND NIGHT WE HAD A LARGE GROUP OF PEOPLE IN THE FACILITY ACROSS THE GRASS FROM US WHO CARRIED ON UNTIL AROUND 11PM THEN STARTED AGAIN AT 7.30 THE NEXT MORNING. NOT THE PEACEFUL COUPLE OF DAYS WE HAD BEEN LOOKING FORWARD TO .

Great atmosphere, its now our popular spot

The kind gesture to let us and others stay until the slips on the road were cleared and et us keep using the facilities. Offering hot drinks as power was down. Having a foodstall on the premises available to buy delicious hot fish and chips while the rain kept coming, and informing us straight away when the slips were cleared and we could use the road again. Kia ora to the whanau for their hospitality.
