We loved Koaxa - especially as there was no one else staying! It was very rustic but comfortable.

This was our 3rd stay in Kaoxa. It’s become our happy place and we wish we had stayed longer. Virginia and Jabulani are most helpful and it’s wonderful to know they are around if ever needed. Please don’t change a thing, it’s rustic, it’s magic, it’s the bush!

The location was lovely, the dining room was great and the staff were great.
The host was arrogant and dismissive - apparently needs 24hours to acknowledge a booking even though it was paid for immediately and I had confirmation of this. The matress was rock hard, I might as well have not had one. The taps in the bathroom were leaking and kept me awake all night. The pool was filthy (I do have an eco pool at home ...) The fridges were also filthy.

Nice and quiet which makes for a restful stay. The best thing about the camp is the fact that it is very tranquil allowing for peaceful solitude.
Description of property not clear eg that the kitchen and dining areas are communal. Property has very little roads for driving around so you would need to go to Mapungubwe National Park if you want to do some sightseeing and see any animals.

It was a bush experience as we could wish for!!!! The view and the exclusiveness was magnificent!! We will definetely go there again and recommend it to everybody!
It was difficult to contact the owners by cellphone and we had a bit difficulties to enter the property.
