The staff were amazing. I had problems booking before we arrived but personal service meant that the staff sorted out this problem. Thankyou. Staff at reception very helpful. On the edge of town but with facilities, shops and restuarants nearby. It was quiet with access to walks in nature. 10 minutes walk from Centre of town. Cleaning service was good. Outside garden to relax in was good with great views of the sea.

The heated pool on the roof was a little smaller than we thought.

Nice apartment with fully equipped kitchen The view and the rooftop pool were very nice; and helpful staff. We requested a baby crib and found one in the room, very nice and clean. In the area there were plenty of parking spots.

Firstly, we had some problems with the check-in because our keys were missing. When we checked-in some cleaning was necessary and the bed sheets were smelling odd. After 3 days the cleaning lady came and these were solved. One bed was unstable. Certainly more shower gel & shampoo was needed.

The apartment was very spacious, clean and well equipped. A supermarket and more than 10 restaurants as well as the botanical garden were within walking easy distance.

There is a very long stairway leading to the city centre, but a taxi to most places in town as well as to the best beach. playa jardin, costs rarely more than 5€.

location was great close to local shops and restaurant. Nice and quiet area. Beautiful views (ocean and mountains). Realy enjoyed it. Apartament was clean and we had everything what we need.

The apartments are spacious and perfect for a week away. It's great to have the option to self cater. The complex is in a quiet location with beautiful views.

We had to move apartment because of the noise of the swimming pool which was constant (the motor) however the staff and moved us straight away.

The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful at all times and they were the high point of the stay. Pool area after renovation work is good if a little small. The location is good and the views fantastic

Provisioning of cookware, glasses, plates and cutlery is minimal. Barely adequate for 2 and certainly not for more. The fridge is extremely small if trying to do some self catering. Appartments are beginning to look very tired and jaded and sheets and soft furnishings are very shabby in places. The Tarahal is no longer the "luxury" resort it claims to be.

This is a professionally managed property, The view was good overlooking the sea but, no sun on that elevation. It was easy to walk into town - 30 mins, but more coming back as all is uphill. Car is 10 mins to drive and park once you know the way. Coming back along the coast road is 6 mins. The gesture of a bottle of wine upon arrival and also at Xmas was well received and thoughtful. The people at the reception were most helpful.

The design of the apartment. The combined w.c. and bathroom was an internal design. No windows and the only ventilation was via a 'grille' at high level in a vertical duct, HOWEVER, this is hugely ineffective as the odours from the bathrooms below simply come into the bathroom. The bathroom smells. The way out is to fit an extract fan if the complex wished to make an investment. The short term solution is to cover with a plastic garbage bag. The two bedrooms in room 317 are small and ill designed with limited furniture. Both bedrooms face onto a central entrance 'coeur' with a maze of corridors, landings, staircases etc. The noise during the evening and early mornings from children and guests arriving and leaving is disrupting. I took a single bed to the lounge from the bed(box) room and slept well listening to the waves. Better furniture would not be a bad idea as it is currently adhoc.

No elevator. Some balconies like ours don't have canopy. No soundproof room.

Got the room on street side, in the evenings they switched on the lights in balconies you want it or not, you cannot switch the lights off yourself. Washing mashine wasn't working, tried twice but the whole current went off. Quite a few broken things in the room.

No reception so no staff about. Apartment not as clean as on previous visit.

The location is very good. View from balcony is good. Kitchen well appointed.

My one suggestion to make customers even happier :) add olive oil, salt and pepper in the kitchen. Regulate volume of very loud night segurity warning. Allow later late check-out (e. g. 2 p.m. 🙊🙊😛😛

Good view to Teide and Orotava the city.

The beds were under expectations, all were falling apart. The water pressure was so low that it was hard to use the shower. During 2 weeks there was no change of the towels and linen.

The apartment has a great view over the hills and mountains, large balcony, it is very clean, large and luxury bathroom, fully equipped kitchen so you can cook your own meals. The pool on top roof is amazing, warm water, clean and there is a great view over the city and the ocean. There are plenty of restaurants and shops around. We hope to come back to this place in the future!
