Convenient location for my trip

staffs attitude were unacceptable, unhelpful.

It was quite spacious and it had everything that I needed.

There was a little dust and dirt that was over looked.

The location, the facility of the hotel, the size of the room. Friendly staff.

. Long delays for my rooms to be ready when I was checking in. Lacking of on duty staff during a very busy time period.

Room was spacious and modern.

Gym was closed for long time repair. Very limited cooking utensils were provided, which was not sufficient for cooking. Location is only fair and not close to major scenic sights.

A very comfortable self-contained apartment with some luxurious touches. It was lovely to be be able to wash, dry and iron our own clothes in the apartment. Laudering service was also available but I like to do it myself. We wish we could have stayed longer!

Washing liquid not included. Some places include a couple of capsules for washing.

Great location. Friendly staff. Housekeeping staff is very nice too. Easy to get take-away delivery during lockdown. Close to compulsory PCR test centre.

Location is very convenient. You have complete amenities, and have indoor pool even the weather is bad can still use the pool.

the apartment is very hot the air conditioner is really sucks instead we enjoy our stay its no because we kept complaining about the temperature of the room!we ask the reception if someone can fix it but they said its centralized even their pathway is very hot😅

Room was large and wifi was sufficiently speedy.

Booking the hotel for its in-room cooking facilities, but cookware provided was very basic despite request for a full set. Just a sauce pan, a wide shallow pot, a large wooden spoon and a basic bowl and plate set were provided. Not even a knife nor chopping board. In effect the kitchen is marginally functional. So the price premium over other hotel could not really be justified.

not clean, room has not been cleaned since March 21, because there’s a letter on the table and the date was March 21..

i like it that it has microwave, washing machine and open area kitchen.

Not clean, when we were in the hotel room eating, there was a small dead crock roach laying at the edge of cabinet in kitchen area, also there’s spider at the bathtub. swimming pool does not have water but the staff said it opens from 7am to 10pm, approach there at 9pm Sth and it’s closed.

Staffs are friendly and enjoyed the indoor pool

No minibar items in the fridge. Cleanliness of the room could be improve as there are food debris found on living room coffee table. Writing table was mouldy.
