easy access to and from the airport can take airport express tsing yi station change to lai king station then change to central (red line) going to mongkok station then exit C3 (Connecting to the mall) there is a connecting bridge from langham place directly to the hotel lobby at the upper level . If have luggage theres escalator can use so its not as hard to carry. Located near so many resto and mall and 4 blocks away to sneaker street. A block away from nathan road and near ladys market .The staff was polite and helpful and even allowed us early check in and late check out . They even gave my husband free slice of cake and bottle of wine for his birthday( such a thoughful gesture)

Good Location, comfortable

Charged us twice on arrival - 2 different sizeable amounts. When we left we were charged the correct cost but also left with a large $$ hold on our card for a month - very frustrating.

Location, close to subway. Shopping, next to a mall and street vendors. Felt very comfy on beds, rooms are spacious. Buffet breakfast was awesome, highly recommend.

Es war sehr sauber und hat überall gut gerochen. Der beheizte Pool und der kleine Whirlpool auf dem Dach sind toll zum Entspannen. Das Hotel ist direkt an eine Mall angebunden. (Die Geschäfte sind eher rar und teuer, vor allem der Supermarkt) U-Bahnstation auch direkt vom Hotel aus bzw. der Mall aus zugänglich. Der Fitnessraum und der Saunabereich (in der Damenumkleide) waren echt angenehm!

Irgendwie unpersönlich, viel Wechsel, Abfertigung.

Check in时间太久了

I like just about everything. 1st was the location. It was in a busy area with many options for shopping and dining. Room was small but clean and comfortable. I like the art works throughout the hotel. Breakfast/foods in the executive lounge were excellent. Used the sauna and totally enjoyed it.

I used my credit card when checking in and I was assessed a 5% credit card fee. I have no choice but to pay for this outrageous charge as I did not have sufficient HK money with me. Check in area has no sittings. I have friends came over late night and found no where to sit and chat and we don’t want to sit in the bars as we don’t drink.

The only other quiet sleep I had was in Royal Caribbean Spectrum of the Seas. I requested a room far from elevators. They gave me that. Very quiet. Connected to Langham Place mall. High end shopping and dining. However, one flight down to the street food, bargain shopping, authentic Chinese food and Street life. We came to Mongkok because we've never seen Kowloon. Every trip was to Hong Kong side which is glitzy touristy stuff through and through. We wanted to experience hard core inner city vybe of Hongkong before it changes entirely.

Obviously interiors designed by a Westerner. No bidette in the toilet. Bother to go to toilet then step into the shower for a wash. Other than that, this is a room 98% rated out of 100.

The room was really beautiful and the view was wonderful. The bathroom was very nice with a good shower and bath. Breakfast was delicious, with a huge variety.

-Staf did not tell us where the pool, the bar, etc was and what the opening ours were. We had to figure that out ourselves. There was an information brochure in our hotelroom but we found it only the next morning. -There was a lot of noise in the hallway all night

Классное место - на Гугл карте ровно под словами Hong Kong. С лобби идет мост в большой ТЦ с ресторанами - удобно. Чистенько, классные номера, изумительный вид на город, понравился тренажерный зал

Завтрак дороговат, на ресепшене отказали поддержать чемодан 30 минут, отправили на 1 этаж (не удобно)

Everything is perfect here, the location in Mongkok, the cleanliness, the friendly staff, a lovely pool and a very good room. It’s more than just a hotel, the staff members make you feel at home in Hongkong. We really loved the free walking tour of Mongkok offered by the hotel and my friend enjoyed the Tai Chi lessons in the morning. They were also very helpful with restaurant recommendations and bookings. This was one of the best hotels I ever stayed at and I do travel a lot.

Check in was efficient but do expect a queue as they are very busy. Room was spacious and we had an end room so the view was exceptional - we were on the 29th floor. A microwave and a fridge was provided with a kettle. We had two fresh GLASS bottles of water everyday delivered with no extra cost. We did not have breakfast but we did try the buffet lunch and it was fun - we had 2 and a half hours. We also ate at the restaurant and the staff were helpful and even advised us not to order too much. The food was amazing and served the right portion size for us. The best team in my opinion and experience was the concierge team who went out of there way to be most helpful expecially when we needed a taxi as mum in in her 80s. Housekeeping team was very attentive aswell and always greeted us with a good morning and wished us a good day. Always stopped to listen when we needed to ask for help. Though below I have mentioned some negative points, I would still recommend this hotel to stay in. It is central to everything and the MTR is literally mins away. There is a shopping centre across the road and you can access this over a walkway/bridge where you don't have to cross the road.

The reception team can be a little off and sharp - not very consistant (not sure if it is due to the ongling barage of guests they need to check in)- they were a little too sharp and unkind to my mum who only wanted some business cards to share with her friends who wanted to visit her. The reception told her to just take a photo or show her friends what my mum already have? I literally had to ask her to just give my mum what was requested! There was mould in the shower section where I had to ask the housekeeping team to deal with (not sure if this is due to the damage/cracks in the granite/stone walls but bleaching did not do the job)

Access to the fantastic gym, sauna, steam and pool were included. The staff were great.

In the evening rush hour it was difficult to get to the harbour in a taxi. Should have used the subway.

2nd stay at the same hotel and everything was just as excellent as ever. Staff was very courteous and professional in their service and room was just perfect & clean. Location as before was great as accessible to F & B and shopping in the Mongkok area was great. We definitely look forward to future stays at Cordis.

Great location close to many great places to eat & get a coffee or a drink. Close to shopping & the train. Super helpful staff & very comfortable apartment as well. Couldn’t have asked for more on our first trip to Hong Kong.

If I had to pick anything (which there isn’t much) I would say that some of the elevators weren’t working during our checkout which made getting our luggage down to the lobby take a bit longer than expected. But overall this was an extremely minor inconvenience in what was an otherwise very pleasant stay.

Excellent location, right in the middle of action packed Mong Kok. Close to Ladies Market and across the road from the Langham Place shopping centre.

The room was too bright as each room had an air purifier that glows bright blue for the whole day and night. Hard to sleep unless you cover the light up with a towel

キャンセル無料なのに何度も今すぐ払わないと未来の予約も確約しないよ的なメールが何度もとどいたりデポジットが１万ドルだと言ってきたりするがこちらの質問メールには「今は対応時間ではないので改めてします」と雛型メールが来るが返事が無かったり。初めての香港で本当に当日泊まれるのか不安になった。

Location and staff

I didn’t use the pool as I hoped to. It just wasn’t welcoming (???). We had to go through the health club to get to it then there was an attendant that was so formal. Just not my style.
