The extensive menu on breakfast

Hotel przepiękny. Pokój z niesamowitym widokiem, duży dobrze wyposażony. Polecam pokoje z dostępem do executive lounge (pyszne śniadanka, afternoon tea a wieczorem kolacja i napoje w tym alkohole). Personel z recepcji, lounge oraz serwis sprzątający pokoje na najwyższym poziomie.
Woda w basenie bardzo zimna, przez co pływanie nie było przyjemne. Połączenie z całym kompleksem Galaxy powoduje, że czasami atmosfera jest średnio przyjemna (jako samotne kobiety dwa razy byłyśmy wzięte za prostytutki na terenie hotelu, co bardzo zepsuło nasz pobyt). Będąc białą kobietą bez mężczyzny nie polecam!!!
Wracając wieczorem do hotelu portier powinien otwierać drzwi i widać a nie pytać czego szukamy. Tak jakby sugerował że nie powinnysmy tu być. A przecież jesteśmy gośćmi!
Hotel jest dość daleko położony od innych hoteli więc dość długie spacery żeby zobaczyć np fontanny w Wynn Palace. Na zwiedzanie zabytków w mieście to w ogóle beznadziejna lokalizacja. Ogólnie nie był to miły pobyt.

We appreciated the warm welcome by Ms Igna very much, n the hospitality of all staff. Being a Bonboy platinum elite member, my room was upgraded, again with much appreciation.
We had a very memorable stay to celebrate our anniversary.

I had a really nice view of the Galaxy resort which was an amazing view at night. Love the room and the bathroom! The best was very comfy. Everything was so clean and was so surprised to find the room is checked on twice a day.
The housekeeping staff are sooo lovely! They are so kind and friendly. They provide day and night housekeeping and they are so considerate as they place towels underneath your belongings and put out your slippers, it was a nice surprise coming back to the room to find this.
Check-in took approx. 1 hour as the queue was so long! This was consistently seen throughout my stay. The staff didnt realise I had 2 rooms on my booking as she only checked my name and when I realised she gave us 4 keys for the same room, the check-in for the other room took another 15mins.

The room is spacious and well designed. The facilities are good. Two-way wardrobe, toilet in bathroom, bedhead sockets and electrical curtain. The bar is nice with coffee machine.
To move the toilet TV a bit sideway so not to obstruct the view when you use mirror.

Although, could be a bit more sharp at breakfast, but all in all they were good. Great quality linen but you would expect that from 5 star property and the warm toilet bowl great 😁
We stayed 6 nights only are once for dinner poor quality and service, so never ate again

poor management and arrangement on the check in counter. We booked 4 rooms n arrived to check in at 3pm, but when we r at the checkin counter , they told us only 1 one is available and the other three rooms not sure when they will be available… OMG we also have 2 babies with us in the crew !

The room is clean. The staff are helpful and friendly. It was during CNY so the check-in process got crowded, but overall things went well except for the longer waiting time. Got upgraded to a room with awesome view. Will recommend it to people who would like to travel to Macau.
