Really nice spot for the price. Nothing fancy but it had everything you needed. Had a issue with the air conditioning and there was a technician there with in 2 hours to have it fixed and working again. Would recommend and would stay again if we come back to the area

Property tired and not cleaned to a good standard, had to clean again on arrival. Had all necessary conveniences and location good, just let down on cleanliness. Wifi is awful. Had to reboot 4, 5, 6 times to connect which only lasted an hour or so before being kicked off and had to start all over again.

This property was a great deal, and perfect for our group of 8 for the week. Unit is very close to the main pool. Owner communicated quickly and accurately with us when we had questions, and the house has the absolute most complete book detailing local shopping and tourist options. Washer and dryer were so useful, very clean and modern. Master bathroom has an enormous jut tub that's perfect after a long day in the parks.

Having stayed in many places over the years within Kissimmee/Orlando, this is in the top 3. The property itself is beautiful. Once in the condo, it is clean and spacious and everything that is described is accurate. We most definitely would like to come again and highly recommend for families.

Nice location and clean property. Vinny (the owner) is exceptional and very responsive. The property is located in a good area with restaurants and easy access to park. The overall community kru is nice and clean. I would highly recommend this property for a family of 4, 6 and 8 people

Vinny is the best!! My daughter forgot her hats in the villa and Vinny found them and shipped them to us. Talk about incredible service!!!
The whole stay was worry free. We heard from Vinny before we got there so knew what to do when we arrived, the book they left about the house was very straight forward and easy to follow. The security guards at the gate were friendly.
The house was spotless and in a great location.
Thank you to Vinny and Joanie for a great place!!! Will definitely be staying there again if I am ever back in Florida.

Absolutely loved this place! House was clean, front gate security was amazing, only about 25 minutes from both Disney and universal! There is a Walmart about 5 minutes away for your groceries. My kids loved all the pools, most of the time they had one of them to themselves! Only bad thing about this property was trying to make a left hand turn out of the community! Will definitely be staying in this place next may when we come back to Florida!

The property was sufficient for our trip, lots of beds, and close to parks. The only things we weren’t expecting was lack of bbq (need charcoal for common use bbqs), and had to buy lots of supplies such as toilet paper, dishwasher and laundry detergents, garbage bags, etc. minimally stocked compared to other rentals we’ve been to. Took it up with the owner and he was receptive. No problems, just expected a bit more. Pools are great, if you have time to use them! Security was great and helpful!

Property was clean, tidy, had almost everything we needed.
My only complaints would be the frying pans were warped beyond use - wouldn’t sit flat on stovetop, we had to buy a new one to cook with which we left for other guests yo use. A lot of the plates, bowls, cups etc had chips or cracks - a new set is def needed.
Our only other issue was we couldn’t open any of the bedroom windows to get fresh air as as soon as you try open them the window sashes would start to fall out so we closed them again straight away.
A second key would be great in case half the family go seperate ways for a bit
All easy fixes by owner and property would be awesome
Otherwise property was great and i won’t hesitate to recommend it to family and friends

This property was what we needed for location, and the price was great. It was clean, and had a nice heated pool on location. I liked that it was a gated community and quiet.

We came to Orlando after 5 years for a Disney/Universal vacation. We drove all the way from Maryland. After a long drive, getting into the property was a bit of challenge. The listing did not provide the building number and security at the gate was asking for it. After explaining to the guard, our situation he was kind enough to let us in.
Once we were inside, the property itself exceeded our expectations. It was very clean and spacious, the kids had their own rooms upstairs while the wife and I had a master bedroom with easy access to the kitchen and living room.
It was also close to Disney, Universal as well as restaurants and groceries.
The property manager was also very responsive.
We recommened this place and will come back again next time.

Great experience with the homeowner and overall setup. Access in/out was easy, and we felt secure due to the checkin process and on-site security. Traffic on the adjacent road to the property can be busy at times, but other than that we loved everything about our stay. Very clean, convenient, and spacious enough for the family. Thank you!

Stayed for a week with my family. 25 min to Seaworld, 40 min to Universal during morning mid week traffic. Nice place. Clean and quiet. Only minor complaint is the "security guards" take there job a bit too seriously in the pool area. We were questioned 5 different times in 6 days about my kids rash guard swim shirts. Pool rules state "proper swim attire required, no street clothes." Then had to explain and show them what a swim shirt is...5 different times.

Nice place that was close to all the attractions. Kids loved the pools and parks on the property. Vinny was great to work with. Would definitely recommend!

The property was as listed. Few issues we found.
1)The pools were closed at random times. For example we it was sunny in the afternoon and the gates to the pools were locked.
2) The dumpster to take the trash was in one location on the far end of the property.
3) The toilet on the main floor of the properly did not flush easily. You had to hold the handle down to get it to flush.
4) When we arrived there was still towels in the washer
soaked from either cleaners or the previous people.
5) The Air conditioning could not be turned higher then 75 without freezing up. Without fans moving air it gets very stuffy in the property.
We would definitely stay here again for the following reasons.
1) Cost was very affordable for a family to travel.
2) The property had security that gave it a safe feeling at the gate.
3) The property was very clean.
4) The distance to the parks was reasonable.
5) Property was very responsive.

We don’t think we could have gotten a better place. We loved the 24 guards for security they where very professional and courteous. The home was clean and spacious. They had beautiful pools the pool by the clubhouse was heated and had a giant hot tub. We spent a lot of time there. The master suite downstairs had a large jacuzzi tub. We took walks around the pond and saw ducks turtles etc. the landscaping was very professional. The grocery store and Walmart were super close. Disney world we took the non toll roads and we where fine always took about 30 mins. The host was responsive to me when I reached out to him. I really can’t say anything bad about this rental. Just remember to bring salt and spices. If you use them Thanks Vinny

Great centralized location
This was a great spot given what we were there for. It is close to many shopping opportunities as well as attractions. If I need to go back and stay in the area again, I will definitely be looking into this place again.

Holiday to Florida
Upon arrival place didn't look as if it had been cleaned in a long time all touch surfaces were dirty my husband and I had to clean the place this would be the cleaners not doing a good job
Towels were old and dirty looking
Mat in bathroom needed a good wash
Place is very noisy as near a busy road and for two of the 3 weeks we stayed next door was getting renovated so a lot of noise
Whole place needs freshing up
Would not stay again as it wasn't the right fit for us
Owner was very quick to respond to any queries

Great stay but things to know ahead…
This property was awesome! We love that it was a guarded community and the pools were so much fun. The house was a great place to stay and worked perfectly for our family. The only heads up I would give to travelers is that it doesn’t come furnished with basic things like hand soap. We were surprised when we arrived the first day that we couldn’t even wash our hands. But it was great as long as you know ahead of time you have to buy things like hand soap, dish soap, garbage bags, toilet paper, paper towels and other things like that it.
We would stay here again.

Holiday vacation
We had a very nice stay here with many restaurants, outlets, shopping and fun stuff to do. A great location that is convenient to everything. Within a 30-45 minute drive depending on traffic. The pool and spa were well maintained and you will experience nothing less than tons of sunshine. Great property and one that I would recommend.

the beds need to be work on. The make a lot of noise, the frames seem to be loose or poor quality.

Great vacation home
If you're looking for a nice and big place to stay with your family, then this is definitely for you. My family and I had such a great time in Orlando and this place was home away from home. Would definitely stay again. Vinny was very helpful with advice and tips as well. Thank you Vinny and Joan.

Excellence in every area
The whole process was seamless and efficient. No checking in or out at the office. There were all the kitchen appliances, dishes, Bowls, silverware, etc that we could ever need. Everything was clean and pristine. The security guards were very friendly. All around great experience, would definitely come again.

Perfect place to stay!!
Our family of 5 absolutely loved this condo for our Florida vacation. We did the entire Disney, Universal, and beach experience. This condo was located close to everything and made it feel like we were coming home each day. We will definitely stay here again!!

Beautiful place. Owners quick to respond and takes care of things.
The property is beautiful, everything you’ll need is there. The big issue was entering the gate a few times had a huge line. We were stuck on the main road waiting to turn in at least 20 minutes. Traffic was backed up both sides of the road. Had a problem with A/C but Vinny was on it ASAP. Didn’t get to use the amenities.

Perfect condo, perfect stay
The condo was perfect for my kids and family. It was clean, very friendly people and the pools were amazing. The attractions are close bye as well as the stores. Definitely will be revisiting the bays again soon. Thank you vinny for your beautiful rental
