Third year at St Augustine and this home didn’t disappoint! Great location and amenities. House was perfect for a beach trip and the garage helped with the heat and keeping the beach items protected. Will definitely be going back. Thank you!

We want to thank you for the opportunity to stay at one of your great properties. We took full advantage of of the house and location. From the minute we arrived we were greeted with a yummy bottle of prosecco wine. Coffee bar was equipped with coffee, tea,hot chocolate. We appreciated it after a long drive. It was a five minute walk to the beach and we watched the sunrise every morning we were there. The property has everything you need for the beach.The kitchen was well equipped my one and only negative comment was i wish the knives were better. We sawed through a watermelon. After a long day we enjoyed the back patio. This is a A+. Thank you Kristy.

5 of us, all adults, stayed in the house over Memorial Day weekend. The house is as described in the listing. The neighborhood is really quiet and perfect for strolls in the evening. The house is really close to the beach and to tons of restaurants. We liked our stay a lot.

We love the heart of St Augustine Beach. This VRBO is right there! We love this house to walk to the beach; ride bikes on and off the beach, e-bike and cruiser rentals delivered; our favorite coffee shop, Kookaburra, and beach front restaurant, Beachcomber, within walking distance. The house has very comfortable beds, plenty of storage to unpack for the week, LOVE the spacious garage to park one car and keep bikes, beach cart, flip flops, towels. It’s our perfect home away from home on The Atlantic, the beach we love for being active. So much to do away from the beach as well - been coming here for years and still haven’t done it all! Len and Kristy were accommodating and very nice people. The house is beautiful and had everything you could need for your stay. The house is decorated very nice and loved the beach theme. Great place to stay and excellent people to deal with. Thank you!

This was our 30th Ann and we dove almost 8 hours to the property - to find it dirty, totally unclean, black moldy shower and shower door, food stuck on dishes put in cabinet. We loaded and ran the dishwasher so we would have clean dishes and after running two hours it never had water come into it. The host sent someone the following day to clean and try the dishwasher but it didn’t work. She wanted to send someone the next day to look at the dishwasher but we decided we didn’t want to spend the rest of the week getting things fixed that should have been fixed to begin with. We went to use the outdoor grill one day and it was so disgusting and crusted with burnt food and most of the grill was rusted and broken and almost no gas in the tank to run it. We should never have been charged what we paid for this property when so many things were broken, filthy and just didn’t work. Truly I was appalled when she left us a $25 gift card to make up for the issues. It makes it hard to ever want to rent a property through Vrbo again. I know you aren’t the host but this kind of neglect should never happen.

Took my daughters and daughter-in-law for a girls weekend. The house was cute and location was good. The walk to the beach wasn’t bad but we did have to cross a 4 lane. Two of the beach chairs provided were broken, along with the beach umbrella. The beach utility cart was so nice. The master bath needs some attention in the shower. Everything else was clean. We did very little cooking, but we couldn’t find a basic cookie sheet. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful stay. The owners provided just about everything you could ask for in a beach vacation. The house and items in listing are exactly what was available. St Augustine Beach is a great place for a laid back vacation. Highly recommend this property

Comfortable beach house. Quick walk to the beach and the shops and restaurants on A1A Beach. Great neighborhood for taking a walk. A 10 to 15 minute drive to Old Town, groceries, Belks , and familiar shopping venues. Had fun exploring the area for 3 weeks in February while family and friends were watching the snow.

Everything awaits you when vacationing in St. Augustine! This beach house serves as a perfect location to enjoy the sounds and beauty of the ocean just 2 blocks walking distance! It’s important to catch a sunrise with your own eyes!! The hosts are always available if the need arises! We enjoyed our stay as always!

There are so many positive opportunities to experience when visiting St. Augustine! Most importantly, this home provides all one needs to make your experience relaxing and rejuvenating! You feel right at home in a safe neighborhood too. The host is wonderful and responds to any concerns you might encounter. Two blocks walking to the beach and many restaurants make this place a definite must do trip for all!

My husband, sister and for a week, my niece stayed in house. It was very spacious and very close to the beach. I had a couple questions of the owner and she she responded very quickly. There is a garage as well as extra parking. There are two porches, one in the front and one in the back. The bedrooms were very spacious. Kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, pans etc. I highly recommend it!

It so true we feel that we found paradise at Coquina Gables! Everything you are looking for can be found in walking distance!! The beauty of the beach and the offerings of the historic district make this a must do trip! It’s a great place to relax and the hosts provide all that you need to feel right at home. St Augustine Amphitheater is the perfect venue for any show. We had a blast with Dylan, Lainey, & Hardy!!

Beautiful home! Very clean! Well stocked kitchen. Ample space for three adults and two kids. We had a wonderful time. Can't wait to come back to St. Augustine; is my favorite town in Florida!

We were pleased at this location. The location was close to the area we enjoy coming back to yearly and the property was welcoming and very roomy feeling. We would stay again.

We were so impressed with the comfort, cleanliness, and how well-stocked everything was. The owners provide everything you might need, including equipment for the beach and a wagon to carry it in. It's a block and a half to the beach, with a long stretch of dunes to cross over, but there is a boardwalk at B Street. We highly recommend.

We love Kristy’s & Len’s properties. Right where we want to be. Cozy and very functional for a home away stay to unpack, settle in, cook meals or eat out and relax. Both were very responsive and concerned about our stay. So many extras provided and dog and bike friendly! We rented cruisers this time from the nearby Pit. We love cruising around the neighborhood streets and on the beach at low tide. Great beach for Bocce Ball and watching the surfers! We will be back!!!

The home is spacious and in a nice quiet neighborhood. Close to beach and amenities. The house was well equipped and clean. Loved the private off street parking, all the windows and light in the home and ceiling fans. The bedrooms and bathrooms are located at opposite ends of the house which was nice for privacy. Communication with the owners was great. Would stay here again.

Great location!!! Closer to the beach than some of the condos we have stayed in. Great amenities- garage full of beach toys. So handy! Lots of linens and kitchen well stocked. Comfy beds with ceiling fans in each room. Neighborhood is so awesome! Cons; one broken ceiling fan. Air conditioning went out but was fixed promptly!
