Beachside grill restaurant
DIRTY green pool by Sea rooms, entire stay.
Mexican restaurant not good.

La vista al mar
El hotel esta muy descuidado en comparacion con los hoteles vecinos. Los restaurantes se quedan cortos para una alta ocupacion y los tiempos de espera son hasta de 2 horas. Falta reforzar limpieza por pandemia. La exigencia del tapabocas es solo en el desayuno. La limpieza de la habitacion es cada 2 dias. Realmente las fotos no muestran la realidad a hoy del hotel. La zona de niños totalmente descuidada, las bicicletas deterioradas. Ha perdido mucho nivel de calidad.

Great location and wonderful staff. One of the servers (Veronica) was amazing! She was so sweet and went above and beyond to make us and our children feel special.
The all inclusive option doesn’t include any premium beers or liquors and also doesn’t include room service.

the location is unbeatable
the rooms themselves are a bit outdated / small. the bathroom is kind of nonfunctional for up to 4 adults, that’s my only complaint.

Outdoor amenities were Fabulous!! The Staff was wonderful! The were the definition of “One Happy Island”. The location is in walking distance to many restaurants and shopping places.
The building could use a facelift. The hallways and rooms have a very molding smell. Additional restaurants would
be nice.

Location is prime right next to tons of shops, no need for a car. Staff beyond kind and helpful. Hugo from the pool side bar is beyond amazing. This was our second visit here and that man had a lot to do with it. Sunset views are gorgeous. All the restaurants in the hotel are good as well

All the staff was very polite and professional. The food was good as well as the drinks. My room had a king size bed which was very comfortable. The location was close to stores, restaurants and water sports rentals. Traveled with family so the all inclusive really worked well for us especially with children. The breakfast buffet was really nice with lots of choices and we especially like the omelet station.
The only set back was the time it took to get the food at diner time at the Sea Breeze Restaurant . Seated right away and order taken in a timely matter but it took an average of an hour each time to get our food and we were a group of 10. Lunch not an issue but dinner was a different story. My daughter had a room with double beds and one of her mattresses was very uncomfortable. Other then that all was good.

the hotel is a little old and needs some renovations. The room is noisy at night you hear all the people and music outside late into the early morning.

The breakfast was always fresh and delicious but what I loved the must was the staff. Eddy the Manager ensured we were well taken care of. It was my mother’s 70th birthday and they made her feel like the queen that she is. I recommend this hotel to anyone that wants to have an excellent experience and vacation.

The food was excellent! Beach and pool experience was great! The location over the top! Loved the experience. Highly recommend All Inclusive package. The excursion activities were fantastic. The water activities were great!

The food at breakfast buffet was bad (cold), no all.day buffet like most all inclusive, no washcloths.
