The view was spectacular. The rooms was spacious but very old and outdated. Air conditioner in bedroom was leaking and not working, there was no service on the weekends we only had one bath, hand and wash clothe towel for the weekend and couldn't get additional clean towels until Monday which was not acceptable. There were mold and blood stains on the bed sheets therefore I could only sleep in one spot with the blanket provided on the bed. I guess you get what you pay for. However it was clean for the most part and if you need a place to stay for 1-2 days it could be ok but not for an entire week. The beach was in walking distance however there are not chairs provided and you need to bring your own we found this out the hard way. We basically had a million dollar view with million dollar homes surrounding these Villa's near the Ritz Carlton and the Lighthouse not to far away. It's 70's style and just needs updating.

Daily cleaning service, additional towels need on the weekends especially when there is more than one guest. Old kitchen and rust stains on and in the refrigerator. All appliances and sinks need to be updated.

Erg rustig gelegen en kamer, het bed en de handdoeken waren zeer schoon. Wij hadden een studio voor 2 nachten geboekt aan zwembadzijde. Deze hebben we ook gehad klein zwembad maar schoon en een keurige tuin erom heen. Het uitzicht overzee is prachtig, er is geen zandstrand voor de deur maar wel dichtbij.

Alles oud/verouderd, wordt niet meer onderhouden. Na 13.00 uur gaat de receptie dicht en is er niemand meer tot de volgende morgen. Er is geen bar of zo iets bij, je kan dus geen drankje of iets te eten kopen. De foto's die je ziet zijn waarschijnlijk van 10 jaar of langer geleden.

I loved the most that is far from busy area and it’s so calm and quiet. Apartment is more than enough for single person and it’s always clean.

The property was filthy. We saw rodents droppings in the room. We were afraid to sit on the bed.

WiFi only worked about 20% of the time, very loud neighborhood and neighbors in the hotel. The view to the beach was beautiful however every other renter felt the need to park their car in front of our patio blocking our view (but leaving theirs wide open), and the patio we had was very exposed with no privacy or shade. No property owners seemed to be around the entire week we were there. I had high hopes for this place, but it definitely fell short.

Location easy to find enjoyed beach and restaurants nice walk thru shops and butterfly garden nice and relaxing enjoyed and will definitely stay at A,ruba beach villas next trip.

Woke up at 3:00 am neighbors moving furniture across floor ,could not get back to sleep.shower handle leaky could not cool water to adjust . Also front door key gets stuck in deadbolt. Hard to turn .

It was disgusting place to stay.
