We loved this Place. A unique and peaceful spot to hang if you want a break from the beach and crowds with everything you need to hit the beach. But it was the host, Larisa, that truly made this a favorite among the 100+ places we've rented over the years. SHE IS AWESOME!!

The location of the home was fantastic! Snorkeling, swimming, food trucks, great coffee, and awesome bars minutes from here. Little touches helped a ton like having swim towels, beach chairs and boogie boards was just one less thing we needed to figure out. It fit 4 adults and 3 kids pretty well. There are 4 bunk beds in one room which was great for the kids. You must see if the hosts can give you a farm tour. They had great stories, tons of info about the plants/fruit/coffee, and some fun history too! That was the highlight for us. Bring some bug spray if you’re hiking around their property- but up on the porch the bugs didn’t want to come up that high so all good! The home is on a side of a mountain so be prepared for rougher terrain around the property and a small incline from the parking area to the roughly 10 steps up to the home itself. Overall a great home with great hosts!

Beautiful, serene and wild private coffee farm cottage was the perfect base camp for our family and the Island exploring we accomplished. The hosts were so friendly, kind and accommodating.

Beautiful home!! It was perfect for our group of 8. The lanai was the spot to be- the views were breathtaking and sunset was perfect! Make sure you have what you need before you get there as far as drinks etc because you are tucked away. The host was sweet and you didn’t even know he was there. They had amenities for the beach, laundry etc. Highly recommend!!

We loved the view of the ocean from this hillside coffee farm getaway, and the hostess is such a good communicator and accommodating. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to explore Kona!

We were so happy with the property! It was perfect for my birthday getaway and I was even greeted with gorgeous flowers and birthday card. Morning coffee and dinners on the lanai was our favorite part in addition to the tour of the property. Thanks so much for being such great hosts!

Enjoyed the location as it is a bit away from all the buzz but close enough of you have a car. It had all we needed and enjoyed our stay. Would repeat.

Great house, beautiful views, close to everything you want to do in Kona. And the farm itself — amazing. The house is so comfortable and clean. Every single thing worked perfectly! The lanai was worth devoting a whole day to! We wandered around the farm with a cup of the wonderful coffee in hand. This place is a retreat in so many ways but also completely central to everything Kona has to offer. Larisa’s suggestions were excellent and we followed lots of them. We went in June, Family of 4 with 2 teens, 19 and 15.

My husband and I stay at several short term rentals every year. THIS is by far our best guest experience (and we’ve had many great stays at many locations over the years )! The home was outfitted with absolutely everything we needed and then some. What the kitchen lacked in size, it made up for by having literally any appliance, pan, flatware, silverware, and pantry staple we could have wanted. The bathrooms were spacious and immaculately clean. The beds were comfy with pillows to accommodate every preference. There were ample towels and linens for a long stay. That’s just the basics but what really sets this place apart is the view! We spent so much time on the lanai watching the boats, the birds/wildlife, and the sunsets; sharing a meal; and just relaxing. Add to that a wonderful handpicked bouquet of flowers from the farm and a welcome basket of fresh goodies like avocados, mango, pineapple, and macadamia nuts and you’ve got all the fixings of a perfect stay. The hosts are the definition of gracious, helpful, and fun. We cannot say enough about how wonderful our stay was here! Already looking forward to next time! Seriously though, do yourself a favor and book this place. You won’t be disappointed!

We had the best time at the property. It’s tucked away on a farm and is surrounded by beautiful 😍 scenery. The nearby coffee farms were super cool to check out. The property was fully stocked and made our beach day a great success.

We had such a wonderful time on the Big Island & loved staying at Larisa's property.  The home was perfectly sized for our party of four adults and one toddler.  It was very clean and conveniently appointed (e.g. pack & play, boardgames, lots of beach towels, snorkeling gear, modern kitchen with everything you need, etc.).  The lanai is lovely, and since the temperatures on the farm get much cooler than by the shore, you can really enjoy time sitting outside, taking in the beautiful view.  We also loved picking avocados, grapefruit, bananas, and papayas fresh from the farm and having those for breakfast each morning.  Larisa and Melissa were great hosts - attentive and responsive to our needs, made suggestions for things to do on the island, and Melissa also gave us a fun tour at a nearby coffee farm (Heavenly).  Overall a wonderful stay that we'd highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was exactly as described and was perfect for our family group of 8. We enjoyed BBQ’s on the deck each night including avocados from the farm and the tour at the coffee plantation down the road. Overall a great place to relax and enjoy the great view and sunset from the fantastic lanai.

Nothing can compare to this treasure located in the middle of an amazing coffee farm. From the moment I arrived I felt at home and like I would never want to leave. The home was spacious and very clean; it provided the essential needs to cover everyday life. The house itself would be amazing to live in! The best part was by far the lanai, with the spectacular views of the ocean and comfortable patio furniture, it is hard to make it inside without spending hours relaxing there. If you are looking for a quiet place where you can unwind and relax, look no further. Sit back and relax by the fire pit after grabbing amazing food from the local farmers market to cook in the well equipped kitchen. Jump inside and watch a movie, if need be, but I doubt you will want to take your eyes off the breathe taking surrounding views. The wildlife is always steps away and you can almost always see a critter running by, giving you a more authentic local feel than any hotel ever could. Finally you are only minutes away from town, the beach or any amazingly delicious restaurant around. You will not regret coming here! Aloha to your next dream vacation!
