But the rest of the food we ordered was super basic and not that great Music- dj music blasts next to the pool from 1pm-5pm and you can hear the music from every room as they all face the pool. no chance to rest or be in peace during that time. Rooms- the bathrooms are small

Staff very friendly and helpful, great food at the restaurant, great location, beautiful setting. Fantastic swimming pool and great sauna facilities, I recommend the steam sauna with view of the beach at the sunset.

The common areas of the facility are very good. They are well laid-out, clean, and decorated nicely. The service in the pool and beach areas was excellent as was the breakfast service.

The rooms need work. They are not up to a five-star quality neither in decoration nor cleanliness. Windows and veranda balcony railings were dirty, and the space behind the two sinks looked like it hadn't been touched in a long time. Little things that make a difference (and are expected at a five-star resort) such as moisturizing cream and at least one free coffee in the room were missing. The bathrooms are small, the shower tiny and the toilet paper holder was broken (something the maids saw every day and was probably less than a 5-minute fix for maintenance).

There was not enough towels in the bedroom sometimes, the hotel lack enough towels.

This is an upscale beach front small resort style hotel. Amazing place to relax and recharge by the beach, jacuzzis and pool. Staff is incredibly friendly and made every effort to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Continental breakfast every morning was superb. Me and my partner had a marvelous time together.

It is an upscale hotel, so prices for beverages and food as well as rooms are on the pricey side. But the location is great and the village of Cumbuco or near by beach restaurants offer great affordable options whenever one would like to explore the surroundings.
