Carlos was punctual. He stayed to show me how things worked. Unfortunately the air con was not. So the next day, the host delivered a new oscillating fan. That did the trick. The place looks just like the photos. Short walk to Cais do Sodre, the famous 28 tram stops right across the street headed to Martim Munoz, and one block away are several other buses giving you access to Belem, Santos, and Estrela.

The only thing that would have been nice to include were some paper towels. But that was truly minor.

Location was great - easy walk to everything. Everything was as pictured- very comfortable and surprisingly quiet on a busy street- close to great coffee, restaurants and markets.

Excellent location, well equipped with all utensils you need, quiet and super clean apartment. Easy parking included with a lift was a great plus as we had a car and luggage during our stay.

Bed was not very comfortable, more like a sofa bed.

I stayed for 5 days to remote work and see Lisbon and really liked the apartment which has a great location but quiet surroundings. Teresa the owner (I think) was very helpful and quick to reply. The apartment is very light, well furnished, blackout blinds for total darkness when sleeping, well proportioned with a nice little balcony that has a table and chairs.

Only 15min of hot water for showers (I like long showers 😉, though the tank heats up quickly) and while I was there the washing machine was missing, presumably it will get replaced.

Bars and restaurants are close by, just across the street, but the apartment is oriented to an inner courtyard, so it's very quiet during the night. Also, close to where the walking tours start and to a Tram 28 station. Loved this place!

Could have used a key from the building's door or the phone number of the porter.

The host was very friendly and gave some very good recommendations on where to eat/drink. The apartment was spotless and very well located near the center and lots of public transport. Also it was located at the back of the building so it was very quiet to sleep and relax on the small balcony. The kitchen was fully equipped with anything one could need and was also seperated from the rest of the apartment with a glass wall, which is great for cooking. The parking garage eas easily accessible and very handy in the center of Lisbon where it's hard to park.

Only some minor things, i.e. there was no airco in the apartment and we didn't get the fan to work. Also there was no coffee, we had to buy a whole bag and leave the rest, which was a bit of a waste.

Accommodation available to the center of town. Quite large room, balcony, parking in the garage.

Worries about handing over the control key from the garage. Washing machine not working.

This is a small studio apartment in an excellent location, not far from Cais do Sodre train and metro station, buses, trams and ferry. Well situated to walk to any part of Lisbon and for those that don’t want to tackle the hills the 28 tram runs outside the front door. Easy to get to Belem by tram, bus or train and to travel down the coast by train to the pretty little beach resort at Cascais. The apartment is in a mixed block of residential and holiday lets in a well maintained building with a 24 hour staffed desk and 3 lifts. Teresa who met us with the keys spoke good English and was really pleasant and welcoming. There are a number of good and highly affordable restaurants in the area, one immediately opposite the accommodation, O Cantina, was used predominately by locals and was exceptionally busy, offering competent food at really good prices. 2 main courses, complimentary bread and cheese, plus a 1/2 litre of wine came to 15€ (the wine was 2€ and very drinkable!) The apartment had a 2 ring hob and microwave and was well supplied with glasses and dishes. A small balcony looks onto the internal, open interior of the block and onto larger balcony’s and a planted area. It’s exceptionally quiet with no road noise. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom towels of good quality.

The seating area is very small, 2 easy chairs and the bed. There was a washing machine in the kitchen which was unusable as it had no door! There are a number of launderettes minutes from the apartment so a dishwasher would be of more use. The bathroom is tired and the shower is over the bath which is not ideal. It would really benefit from losing the bath and having a decent sized shower. The photos on Booking.com show a very large balcony, but this is the view of the apartments opposite. It’s the small balcony several images in is the one that goes with the apartment so look carefully as it can be a little misleading.

Great location on/close to three tram routes. Teresa very helpful.

Limited hot water. Kettle leaking and should have better towels. No toiletries.
