Everything. Loved yhe different Japanese breakfast -real feast. The location was great, short walk to the ski walk way and close to lots of great eateries.

It was a great location for accessing the ski slopes. the owners were kind and helpful. Everything was spotlessly clean and the breakfast (Japanese style) was exceptional.

the staff were extremely nice and the place is very clean and comfortable

it’s located all the way at the top so it’s abit more difficult to go up especially with baggage. however it is near to the moving walkway to the ski resort

From the time we arrived, the hosts went out of their way to help with anything they could. Our daughter wasn't feeling well enough to go out to dinner, so they made her some noodles and took them to her room. After a ski injury they brought him bandages and offered to drive him to the hospital. When we left, they offered to drive us to the bus, but it was an easy walk with our wheely suitcases. Considering it was booked out, it was so peaceful and quiet. Everything was super clean. The booking system for the private shower & private bath is great - half hour slots but never too busy. The location was excellent - 2 mins walk to the Yu Road travelator to the bottom of the gondola.

We loved everything about the hotel.
