we never received keys to apartment and couldn’t stay over night had to find another hotel to stay at. no one was available to greet us or let us into the apartment

Everything else I really enjoyed, especially ... the cleanliness, the view, location, proximity to the beaches and town.

I was not aware that I was responsible for the electric bill until I arrived at Los Balcones and I didn't read any information pertaining to this within your "Property Policies" or "Important Information" I don't mind paying for any fees that are required (such as $300 deposit) but only if I am informed before booking.

It's a really nice place directly at the ocean with a cute pool and whirlpool. The private beach was usable even in times of curfew.

There could be wifi at the pool area.

Comfort, well appointed, views were superb, Loved it
