Great location just an 8min walk to the tube and bus station at Golders Green. On very quiet place, great for sleeping. The room is nicely heated, coffee, tea maker and fridge are available in the room. Cleaning every day. Nearby there are lots of markets, including Starbucks. Owner Phil was very nice and helpful. Great contactless check-in.
The room was a bit small, but for my needs (I only slept there) it was great.

Outside light kept coming on. Noisy plumbing. Bathroom could do with a refurbishment.

La ubicación perfecta y la habitación muy cómoda. Los complementos del secador, plancha y mini nevera todo perfecto.
Lo que no me gusto que vinieron a las 5:00 am unos chicos de la habitación del al lado chillando y discutiéndose y haciendo unos ruidos que nos despertó, así fue 1 hora, fue muy desagradable. Vienes a pasar un par de días y te encuentras con esta situación.

Lo que más me gustó fue la cercanía de Phil, lo cómoda que era la habitación, se llega muy bien desde el aeropuerto de Luton y las paradas de autobuses y metro para ir al centro de Londres están a 5 minutos andando.

Overwhelming smell of stale cigarette masked with plug in deodoriser. Extremely pungent and bothered me for my whole stay.
Tiny shower behind bathroom door
Toilet did not flush well and button was broken which was not very hygienic.
Air conditioner was extremely loud and stale smell so turned it off
Room very dated and tired
Bed very hard
People upstairs were noisy, could hear footsteps and also shower/toilet running

Brilliant location, easy to get too, especially as there was a train strike and we had to drive. Close to bus and tube connection. lovely room and friendly staff.

Shower/bathroom tiny and not clean. Old fixtures and fittings. As you shower, the toilet is getting soaked. Have paid less and gotten more in the past. Not worth the price.

Location very close to underground station, in a safe and quiet zone, check-in and check-out very fast, clean room and comfortable bed. The owner Phil very receptive at our demands and easy to contact.
The bathroom is a bit small.

Clean and cosy room (cleaned every day). Comfortable double bed, electric kettle and coffee machine, refrigerator, hair dryer, iron - all necessary facility provided. Silent district, 7 min by walk to Underground station.
Everything was good. Just breakfast not provided.

Good location. The bed was very comfortable. The furniture was a bit outdated but the room was extremely clean.
The electric shower. We had to wait a while till hot water was running. The daily shower wasn't an a nice experience!

The location was excellent, I had a good nights sleep in a comfortable bed and nice room.

Very quiet area with free off street parking. We had a family room which was very spacious with the added bonus of a fridge. There was plenty of tea, coffee and water. The location was great for the tube into London and check in was contactless, very easy.
The bathroom just needs a bit of TLC.

Excellent location, safety place,a lot of options to shop,to eat and proximity to underground station and bus stops.

It was nice clean small room , for good price ( for London! ) . Self checking is provided. They let us store our luggage upon departure free of charge.
Overall no real complains from our side.
Harder to locate , google pin is some 50 m off and there is no big sign or anything really pointing to guesthouse and house looks as any other on the street.

The bed was very comfy and the room very clean! we were very happy and Phil was extremely helpful especially around parking
it was a little too warm in the night but having the window open meant being kept awake by birds (which obviously isn’t the hotels fault but the heat was a bit too high for night time)

everything was great and exactly like on the pictures; check-in and check-out without any problems, highly recommended

The House is clean and the room comfy and quiet. Phil was ready to answer any question or request. Our sink was a bit clogged and he fixed it immediately.
The en suite bathroom in room 2 is really really small, but it has the necessary and it's always been clean.
