Beautifully equipped appartement, nice and helpful staff, we got an upgrade❤️.

Noisy adult neighbours. Group of at least 5 people. Going out a 11 pm with a lot of noise and coming home between 3 and 4 am not caring about sleeping neighbours. Banging with doors, yelling in the hallway,… Broke 2 of our 3 nights. Please advice tenants that making noise after 10 pm should be reduced to the minimum.

The property was excellent and we were apparently up graded at no extra cost. We couldn’t fault the facilities everything we needed was in place, hairdryer, selection of toiletries which I wouldn’t expect in an apartment.

The second bedroom was a little small with the double bed pushed up to the wall, but the lay out of the apartments probably created that problem.

Super locatie! Op 5e verdieping (met lift) aan rustige straat. Om de hoek drukke straat met supermarkt, restaurants en volop buslijnen en vlakbij metro. Ook veel bezienswaardigheden op 30-45 minuten loopafstand. 2 slaapkamers met goede bedden (niet breed). Keuken met volop pannen/borden etc en broodrooster en espresso apparaat (met cups voor de eerste dagen).

Helaas geen vaatwasser. Keuken is wat gammel, kastdeurtjes scheef en koelkast deed t eerst niet. Duurde lang voordat daar op gereageerd werd, is wel opgelost. Eetkamerstoelen zijn niet stevig. Muis gezien (gaan ze wat aan doen).

Propres confortable, très spacieux, accueil chaleureux, service au top, emplacement très central, Rien à dire.

Le bâtiment n’est pas récent, les fenêtres sont un peu anciennes. Pour être vraiment parfait, un petit rafraîchissement serait nécessaire même si il est déjà très bien.

Location is lovely

After arriving at midday to drop our bags off we were given a set of keys and told to come back later which by 4pm (check in is at 3pm) we thought we would head back. On arrival the cleaner was still in there, all the rubbish piled up and dirty towels everywhere, not her fault but we had wait. Apparently they had struggled to get the previous people out but I was not impressed. Husband was very keen to watch the rugby but the tv didn’t work……furniture basic and cheap and the cushions and throws filthy. I had booked 2 nights but left after 1!!!

Spacious, well kitted out, clean, and so well located. We felt at home in the neighbourhood and the flat! Family of 4 (2 parents, 2 teenagers) felt like everyone had room. Internet was decent and allowed streaming on multiple devices easily. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

No real downsides- no a/c, but there are fans in the rooms and with the windows open and below 25’C during the day, all was great.
