Good location

I am never one to write reviews but there was a mouse in my room when staying at the hotel for a work trip. I was then downgraded into a room with dirt on carpets and felt like i was in a hostel. I was unable to settle the whole night and the sound of the tube rattled the whole building each time it past. I over spent on the room as it is so to be downgraded and then only offered £20 as a refund which still hasn’t been processed after 2 weeks is a joke. Such a shame when the superior room itself was lovely.

Mai stata in un posto - pagando una cifra ragionevole - così accogliente, curato e nuovo a Londra. Il tutto conservando quel fascino inglese. La struttura è intima, a veramente due passi da Paddington station (quindi comoda per Tube & Train). La zona è tranquilla. La stanza doppia è mini ma proprio carina. Il bagno nuovo, moderno. Un gioiellino a venti minuti a piedi da Marble Arch (l' inizio di Oxford Street).

The room was spacey and clean. Our window was looking to a park. The staff were kind and helpful. There was free drinking water that you could fill up your bottle with.

They did not have hair dryer in the room and you had to ask the reception for it. One night I took shower and there was no hair dryer available and I had to sleep like that in that cold weather. Also, there are too many steps if you’re staying upstairs and it gets hard with suitcases. There is no elevator.

Super Anbindung, fantastisches Personal!

Leider sehr laut (von der Straße und Vibration durch die Züge vom Bahnhof Paddington, sodass alle paar Minuten das Zimmer laut vibriert hat) trotz Ohrstöpsel und die Matratze und der Polster waren sehr hart. Haben den ganzen Aufenthalt nur unruhig bis garnicht geschlafen

Walk up, very dated

Fantastic location literally 3 min from Paddington station. Everything was very clean & staff were super friendly and helpful throughout. Very safe and secure with keys retained at reception which was manned 24/7

The room was really small and incredibly basic, even for a budget hotel The bathroom was a caravan style unit- you couldn’t open the door of it without pushing the 2 single beds together, effectively making the bed into a double-not great for two mates sharing! The TV was smaller than an average laptop screen, the window was about 5mm too small for the window frame - so it was just dangling on its rope support No kettle or drinks in the room- there was a communal coffee station in reception which was chargeable £2 a cup!!
