Taj Vivanta the name was enough but my recent stay was just below par and felt like we have been cheated ..linen...towels...absolutely unclean we informed the hotel staff also they said write a review....is it still a Taj property as we did not see the Taj logo....price they took 20000 rs for two nights with bf and I m totally disappointed and definitely will not stay again in Vivanta Pune for sure

Nothing was likeable

Lalita at the Reception was always so engaging, kind and helpful. She definitely is an asset to the hotel. Atharva at Reservations was super too, as he was always very helpful and quick to respond. All the staff at Vandaag was so amazing as the quality of their service was top notch/ high quality.

Room cleaning can be better and towels near the pool area need to be more clean.

I liked almost everything here; but the best part is the staff.. Particularly the front office staff- Anamika, Anshika and Kapil

There were a few fruit flies hovering over in the restaurant. Reported to the staff..

Felt like a corporate hotel. Not geared for tourists with garlands, etc. But unbelievably good. Staff were incredible, including room service in the early hours of the morning.

Some rooms are smoking rooms and the smell remains, even in the hall ways.

The hospitality was beyond compare. Right from decorating the room for a special occasion to offering a complimentary cake to celebrate the occasion, to extending a late check-out facility, the staff exceeded expectations. The buffet spread, at both breakfast and dinner was not only lavish, but also tasty, and the staff at the restaurant were courteous and helpful! Thorougly enjoyed my stay!

We like hospitality and in room dining in buffet area. It was a very awesome like stuff. Kaviraj is excellent
