The location was perfect if you want quiet locations. The staff was so nice and helpful The house and the out door area were very clean and nice. everything we wanted and more.

It was quite a surprise, the space was very comfortable and cosy. Very nice decoration. It's near S. Pedro do Sul, so an excelente alternative to the hotels there. The surroundings are also more beautiful than i was expecting, in special the small city Vouzela and the tracking of the Rios e Levadas in Oliveira de Frades. And finally, a very warm welcome from our hosts

The house is beautifully restored with amazing rooms. The owners are wonderful and friendly. It is themed on renowned Portuguese writers and it works well. The pool is fantastic and it is right next to the historical medieval Torre. Highly recommended! We can't wait to go back!! Tim and Sonia

The accommodation is quite new. An old style palace that was restored. The room itself was comfortable and bathrooms was in good condition and quite clean. The staff was friendly.

The road to access the property is quite narrow and poorly paved. The breakfast had good quality, but variety was small.

This is definitely a secret place! Family run boutique hotel in the middle of this fantastic centre region of Portugal. Great getaway if you enjoy... ...quiet and nature ...hiking ...visiting historical sites ...discovering wine producers ...beautiful sunsets and hilly landscapes ...romantic holidays ...and a lot more! The hotel has been tastefully refurbished and is full of art, books and cosy areas. The hosts are absolutely lovely!
