Proximity to International airport. Short walk from the terminal when arriving late.
Breakfast buffet was great, although machine coffee was ordinary.
Compared to my first stay 8 years ago, the rooms are a little tired and could do with some maintenance / refreshing.

The buffet dinner was exceptional, extremely well priced and a delicious assortment of meals to choose from.
Loved the lounges by the pool, and infact the pool is very well appointed, also love the smell of the swimming pool towels, luxurious and nice smelling.
That you can walk straight through security at the end of the dining room into the international departure area of the airport.
very comfortable bed, and we were lucky enough to have a coffee pod machine in our room.

The spa onsite is also fabulous.

We loved everything about the Novotel. We often stay one night in Bali and then travel onwards domestically so it's so convenient! The staff are wonderful, the rooms are quiet and the rooftop bar is great for a hangout place. Shout out for the service received from Diego and the bar tender.

Adjacent to airport. Comfortable and clean with lovely staff. Very good buffet breakfast with lots of choice.
1. From the airport to the hotel signage direction to the hotel is non existent and needs to be improved.
2. I ordered Teriyaki Chicken for dinner but it was barely warm. It must have been prepared then not delivered to me immediately.

ホテルから直接空港に入る入口があるのを知り、帰りは早朝の便なので前日から一泊しました。朝4時半頃にその入り口から空港に入ろうとしたら、空いてなくて焦りました。その入口が開くのは朝5時からだった。すごく大事な事なので、チェックインの時に説明してほしかった。

This is our fourth time staying here in transit and their ACs are terrible. They don't work well, the room is overpriced for the lack of hot water in the shower. Also the carpets are so dirty. I just don't think this is worth the price. Only about 5 minutes away are lovely smaller transit hotels that are at least clean and comfortable for a much better price and next time that's the option we will go with. We've given far too many chances to Novotel.

Совет: если вы с ребёнком, сразу спрашивайте, стоит ли отдельная кровать и есть ли бельё? Что на мальдивах, что на Сейшелах , что здесь, в « перевалочных отелях»они не думают об этом.

Amazing property! The pool is incredible and the buffet breakfast was the best I’ve ever seen! Getting through to the airport is so easy!

The location close to airport in combination with great swimming pool makes it a great transfer stay.
Beds are comfortable and clean. Maybe the bath would need a small refreshment (old curtain), but it was clean.

Loved the service and all the amenities. An easy check in process and easy to check out and go straight to the international airport.
We had 3 rooms and they met our request for an interconnecting room.
Extremely comfortable and plenty of space.
We would definitely recommend and stay here again.

The convenience the location the cleanliness. The set up of the room. Actually having our bedroom at home replicated because I liked the headboard at the hotel
That the direct corridor to the international terminal only opens at 5am. We needed to be there at check in at 4am and had to walk around.

Great location for both domestic and international aiports. We were flying out that night. My husband and son were flying to another island on domestic. Rooms were clean and quiet.
Great place to spend the night inbetween flights. Wouldn't spend any longer. Bottled water in room - we had nothing to open it with (needed bottle opener).

The premier lounge is fantastic. Great views of the planes and great canapes and afternoon tea
My only little issue was the room was a little hot but that's being picky. Also only one coffee cup in the room

The proximity, less than 5 mnutes walk from the airport terminal exit doors. Room was clean, comfy and modern.
Breakfast was good but not as good as last time we stayed. Mind you, we were towards the end of the breakfast sitting.

Such a great hotel, the location is amazing, it’s literally on the airport territory, just a min walk through the hallway takes you to the airport. The staff is friendly as always and the spa is a must! The best service and they open late. Highly recommend this place!
