宿泊人数が少なかったから、朝もトースター、他台所、食べるところも、混んでいなかったのが嬉しかった。
寝るところも清潔？でプライバシーが守られて快適だった。
ホテルと違って親近感が増して宿泊者同士の交流も出来たし楽しかった。ホテルでは考えられないだろう。
海外の旅行者がほとんどでまるで外国を1人旅をしていると錯覚するほどでほんとにリフレッシュ出来た!
ここを拠点にして観光、3泊ぐらい滞在してゆっくりとしたのを楽しみたい。
あまり見つからない。
私はここを気にいったが、帰って妻に話をしてもあまり良い反応は無し。ホテルが良いね！

チェックインが遅すぎた！もう少し早くしておれば、良かったのが悔やまれる。

Really great staff and have a lot of facilities. Kitchen with fridge to store your food is provided. The Outdoor onsen is also very good. Large lounge area which also have a kotatsu which is a nice experience. Free laundry for 3 nights stay.
its an uphill location so if you walk down to echigo-yuzawa, its a tough walk back up the hill. theres a bus stop nearby so taking the bus is no issue at all.

Eine so schöne Unterkunft hatten wir selten. Georges vom Empfang war super freundlich und hat uns in allen Fragen geholfen. Tolle Lage, sehr private Onsen - einfach top!

Escogimos una habitación estilo tradicional .Tenía onsen interior y exterior, las vistas a la montaña. El personal.
Pagamos 234€ la noche para 4 personas, sin desayuno y el onsen se paga aparte.Muy caro para lo que ofrecen ya que alquilar el kimono también se pagaba.El hostel está en un alto así que tienes que subir en bus( que hay cada bastante tiempo o no hay ya que el último es a las 20:15h) o andando 15 min hasta el centro de Hakone Yumoto.

Excellent facilities, the cleanest and most efficient hostel we have ever stayed in (we travel all around the world). Staff were excellent and helped us book restaurant times. The onsen facilities in the hostel were immaculate. Having a functional and clean kitchen to use for a family travelling was excellent. Games and books available were great.
We only wished there was a family onsen time available - even if we could have booked a time to do it (travelling with 6 and 1 year old).

The employees were really helpfull, positive and nice to talk to! The facilities (Onsen/kitchen/bathrooms/lounge area) were also clean and nice to use. If I'm coming back to Hakone in the future I might go back to them :)!
The location is a bit dificult to reach from the station if you miss the bus and aren't used to using a taxi/cab. My friends and I also had a hard time finding an open restaurant / a restaurant with enough space for 3x people on Monday and Wednesday evening. Luckily the convenience stores are really nice!

I loved that the property included an onsen in the basement. The location was close to the train station to be able to get transport for sight seeing around Hakone. The reception was friendly and helpful.

This place has a proper hostel vibe to it. It is well kept and it has a serene vibe to it. The common spaces (kitchen/ living room/ onsen and showers) are clean and well equipped. The two onsen are great, especially the outdoor one.
Our four person room was cramp.
We arrived by car so we were flexible. I don’t know if this is the case when you relay on public transport because it can be a climb uphill.

We only stayed one night, but the welcoming was very friendly and the outdoor onsen is great. Cooking facilities available, but Karuta restaurant at 200m offers excellent food at very reasonable cost (make reservation!).

The common room was a bright and open space perfect for taking some down time. The balcony was a nice way to get a view of Hakone with a coffee in hand. The kitchen was well labeled and organized.

The staff was very friendly, the equipments were perfect, nothing was missing, the onsens were pretty , the living room was huge and confortable and there was even fresh coffee in the morning.
The place is up a hill and there aren't many buses to and from there, sometimes none for 2 hours.

Great location and so close to family mart to bring back food and cook in well appointed kitchen. Onsen was just lovely. We had a room for 3 people and it was huge. Everything you need and more.
If you want to eat out do not even attempt after 8pm. Very sleepy town that shuts down early. Yay for Family Mart! Karuta was a great place to eat, but go by 7pm!

Nice commmon facilities. Lovely outdoor onsen. Our room was very large and comfortable for our family of 4.
Some may find the location a bit far away from the main attractions but we found it lovely to be up on the hill with the sounds of the river and away from the crowd.

I felt welcome the minute I stepped into the hostel. The staff, the facilities, the lounge and the indoor and outdoor onsen.
They don’t serve food here, but you have everything you need in the kitchen to make your own.

Hakone is by far the most scenic area I visited throughout my trip. K's House was close to everything without being in the Touristy area with lots of noise and foot traffic. The onsen was the perfect temperature to relax and was available for most of my stay.

The property was able to hold all our luggage for us and that was very helpful. The property also contacted us ahead of time time to help us find them and understand how to best navigate the area.
