Wonderful place to stay. Unit was located right near the elevator and stocked with plenty of beach accessories like extra chairs and umbrella. Communication with the owners was excellent. Check in went smoothly and was well organized. Would definitely go back.

The place was beautiful and was perfect for our stay. The balcony is huge and fit all of us. I was worried about being on the 21st floor but the elevators were so quick and we didn’t have to wait long at all.

Property was exactly what we needed. Loved that the beach chairs and umbrella was included, made it nice to be able to take a break from the sun. Also loved the fact that there was the restaurant, starbucks, and bar all next door in tower 1.

Our family rented three units in the Majestic Beach Resort Tower 2. We were very pleased with the location and the accommodations.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. Great location and amenities. We had a small issue with the air and owner was very responsive and had a repair person contact us and come out asap. We would love to stay at this unit for future vacations.

The property was amazing! It had a beautiful view of the beach and ocean. The rooms had been well kept and the kitchen had anything someone would need during a get away. There was extra beach toys and chair to use during the stay also. I would definitely stay here again, and will recommend to others.

My friends and I have been coming to PCB for years and we stay in a different condo each year. This one is, by far, the BEST place we have ever stayed! First, let me say that the location was fabulous...pretty much only minutes away from anything/anywhere you could want to go. However, that doesn't even begin to describe how amazing the condo ITSELF was. The owners have gone above and beyond to create a little piece of heaven right on the beach. It's almost as if they brainstormed what you might need to make your stay just a little more comfortable, and made sure to make it so! Some, but not all, of these little comforts include laundry facilities in the condo itself, beach chairs/toys/umbrellas and towels, every possible small appliance you can think of, from a regular AND Keurig coffee pot to an air fryer. There's also an awesome wet bar with an ice maker that makes filling your beach cooler (which they ALSO have) even easier! They were super quick and easy to communicate with during our stay, as well, which made things so much easier. In all, if i had my way, this would be the ONLY place we stay in our future visits to Panama City Beach.

The condo was exactly as described, had all the basics like toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, body wash and COFFEE upon arrival, location was perfect close to shops and food. The 2 included beach chairs were great! Great communication by owner, we had an absolute amazing time and will be headed back to PCB again, planning 2025 already 😊

clean property and very close walking distance to the beach! The property owners were helpful as well with any issue that came up. We would gladly rent here again. One downside is that most things are too far for walking distance, such as pier park, restaurants, etc.

I have been coming to PCB for more than 40 years and this was one of the best places I’ve stayed. Great view , very spacious. Loved this place.☀️🏝

This unit was a great fit for my family of 5. Awesome views from the balcony and peaceful as well. Not having to rent chairs and an umbrella was very nice. Overall we had a great time.

We have went to Panama every year for the past 5 years. This year we took our elderly handicap parents. It rained our whole stay, the last full day we had sunshine and nice beach weather. We seen a hammerhead shark and a stingray from the balcony. We’ve never seen a shark! The condo was very nice, well kept and felt welcoming. The balcony was a bit smaller than I thought but still plenty big. The main reason for booking this specific condo/building was that they had handicap access to the beach. It was my understanding there was a mat on the beach to the water to accommodate wheelchairs. This was somewhat true. The condo next door had a ramp with no steps, with about a 10ft mat on the sand. The 2 ramps on our condo had steps at the bottom. Which wouldn’t work in our situation. We were however able to rent a handicap beach wheelchair which is what you want anyway. But you do have to go through the gates of the neighboring condo to get to that ramp. Not a big deal, but worth noting. There was a rug in front of each balcony door that were actually were very slippery. We moved them aside during our stay. The towels and rags that were provided were not commercial. There was not sufficient towels or rags to accommodate the 5 of us. We brought extra but it’s worth noting. Normally there are stacks of towels and rags in previous condos we have stayed. Lastly the elevators can get very crowded during load in/out times. All in all we had a great time and getaway for the family. The owners were very prompt with any issues and communicated great. I would stay here again and recommend it.

Nice condo and great property. Only annoying things was the chair company taking up most of the beach.

Our stay was nothing short of amazing at this property. The amenities onsite including the options of several pools made a great time for our children. The property was very nice and clean for the area. We were on the 21st floor with the best views of the beach. It is located right on the beach with beach access. Everything for the beach was also supplied for us and our children; beach chairs, sand toys, etc. We were more than pleased given some of the other properties in Panama City. There is an onsite restaurant/bar, Starbucks, as well as a small convenient store. The only minor inconvenience was there were so many people checking in at 4:00PM, the wait times for the elevator were over 10 minutes. The communication with the host was very prompt and informative. Overall, it was an excellent stay and we will definitely return in the future!

This condo should not be used by first time condo renters. It will spoil you! You will expect all condos to be this well maintained. The unit is perfect for families, has many...many kitchen utensils...more than you could ever use. Great people with quick replies, my family loved every minute of the stay. We will come back for sure!

We loved our stay at the condo. The condo was exactly as pictured. The beach and view were beautiful. We had plenty of room. The condo overall was clean there was some trash under the beds, the stove top must have gotten missed and the trash can was really dirty but overall was acceptable. We were a little nervous because there we some visible gouges in the wall they didn't bother us we were just concerned they would think we created the damage. We would definitely stay here again.

Had an issue with our extra parking pass. The property owner responded quickly and got it taken care of. Will definitely look into this property for future stays.

The Condo and the Owners Jason and Lynne were fantastic. Beautiful Condo! The view was spectacular even during a Tropical Storm. Not expecting to be hit with a possible Hurricane or Tropical Storm but realizing when booking that this time of year can be unpredictable. We experienced a Tropical Storm for the first time and our Grandchildren will have something to tell their friends and future children about. Jason even offered to let us adjust our check out times on our last day but we were out on time. This place is breath taking. The elevators are fast and no more than a minute or 2 wait time usually. The pools were nice and clean. I would totally recommend this Condo to anyone that is looking in this area. I cannot say enough good things about it. They had an emergency evacuation test 2 days after the storm had hit, we missed the notices that they would conducting these test and it was quite horrifying when the alarms and emergency evacuation messages started going off, needless to say my mother in law 82 and my 2 Granddaughters 11 and 9 and myself (Husband and Grandson was at Beach already) made it to 19th floor level when we ran into a maintenance worker that told us it was just a test, whew that was more terrifying than the Tropical Storm so needless to say we had an eventful vacation. We had a wonderful time other than those 2 events which is to no fault of the owners. They were quick to respond when messaged.

Such a great property. Excellent location and beach access. The condo was super clean and smelled so fresh. Exactly as described. It had everything you could ask for, we felt like we were home. Amazing view of the ocean from the 21st floor. We just cannot say enough and communication with the owner was amazing! Thank you so much. Our family had such a blast. We will be back next year!

I am always worried about cleanliness of rentals. This condo is very clean and well maintained. The condo is bigger than what you can tell in the photos. We had plenty of room for our 4 adults and 2-16 yo’s. The views are amazing and the rockers on the balcony were wonderful. We would definitely stay again!

We took our kids to PCB for vacation this year. There were 7 of us total, the five "kids" with us ranged in age from 22 to 29. This condo worked perfectly for us. We made the bunk beds work for two of our adult kids and utilized the master, second bedroom and the fold out couch. Everyone had plenty of room. The views were amazing and we were able to see SO much from the 21st floor, even lots of animals in the water. Great communication from Jason and Lynne and the check in process was so easy. Not one single issue with the condo or the resort. Highly recommend and will definitely stay here again!
