Apartment owned by a company. They've choosen to spend almost no money on the apartment to put it on the rental market. So value for money. But things are very basic.

Burning hot water from the kitchen tap. The changing temperatuur of the water of the shower.

Works for any trip to the Messe! The property is a refurbished flat, same as your house would be.

The downsides are spotty internet connection and it's a short public transport trip to the hbf.

Communication with the host was terrible.he put fake number, so u can't reach him on call only through email and that takes time. The house is okay,but I wish they could care more about their tenants and put more daily things that we need for example there was not baking paper,there was no enought toilet paper.no shampoo,toothpaste,etc just incase its sunday and we forgot to carry.the bed is not comfortable, the bedroom curtains are a disappointment .it seems like the host is stingy to spend money on decorations, and to buy furniture,TV is not smart so if u are a tourist u will not enjoy it.i mean i wish the host was more generous and put more effort on the apartment.
