Great communication. Neat layout. Great location close to Pearl. Bottle of wine waiting for us!

This was one of the best properties I have visited. Great communication from the property manager, they were easily accessible with any questions we had. The home was clean and full of every essential you may need and then some! Comfortable bed and great ambiance. The location was very central and I really enjoyed the short walks down Pearl Street to discover new places to eat each day. The creek running by the front porch was the perfect place to start the day with coffee and end it with a glass of wine; so serene and peaceful. I wanted to stay another week just to relax and enjoy the area. Should we have another opportunity to visit the Denver area, I would go out of my way to stay here again.

This was a great spot for my husband and I to stay while visiting our daughter. Clean, well stocked, and close to everything! The bedroom and lofted extra bedroom (with ladder access) were up some relatively steep stairs, so not the place for someone with any difficulty using stairs, but we enjoyed it and will definitely be booking again when we visit our daughter in the future.

This house was nothing short of perfect. The location could not be beat. The house was clean, well decorated, equipped with many amenities and extras. Communication was excellent. Cannot recommend this place enough.

Overall this place is great. Its close to Pearl street, but far enough to avoid any noise. The place was clean, easy to find, great communication, etc. My one and only complaint is that the air conditioning (which is a window unit) kept turning on and off thought the night and disrupted our sleep. if you are a deep sleeper...you will love this place! I did mentioned this to the owner and they were looking into it, so hopefully they found a solution before the next renters.

A perfectly located, gem of a property! Whether you are visiting the town, heading out to hike or touring the CU Boulder campus, this house is ideally situated. We travel a lot and rent through VRBO frequently — these owners truly goes above and beyond! I cannot say enough good things about them and their house.

We had a wonderful stay here. This is the most well stocked VRBO that we have ever stayed at. The location was great and the off street parking spot was perfect. We were able to walk to eat and explore. We would for sure stay here again!

This adorable house is in the perfect location-easy walk to Pearl street and close to CU. We were in town visiting Boulder and this house was a perfect home base. House was fully stocked, including a draw of supplemental amenities and very clean. We will definitely be back again!

All great at this property. Host amazing and I particularly appreciated the fact that fridge and kitchen was ready to go to cook so no need to buy salt or oil. Will be back for sure

My son and I enjoyed this property as a place to stay while visiting my younger son, a student at CU. We loved having a place to hang out and having an easy walk to good shops and breakfast places on Pearl. It was also great having a parking spot assigned for our use. The ladder to the loft is not for the faint hearted, but my son was a sport and said the bed was super comfy (as was mine)!

Cozy place to stay. Loved the loft area. Lots of amenities in the kitchen and plenty of towels in the bathroom. Everything was clean. Pleasure to stay here. Highly recommend

It doesn’t get better than this. AMAZING location and local host with lots of good information about restaurants/community and the most comfortable bed ever. This is the perfect place to stay by yourself or with a partner when visiting Boulder. Also, it is well stocked with towels, toiletries, kitchen supplies, coffee and even a bottle of wine and chocolates. We felt like we were staying with somebody we knew who was spoiling us. We will be back!!

We extended our stay in Colorado with our two night stay in Boulder. The house was close to the Campus as well as the shopping and restaurants on Pearl Street. One off street parking spot was included. We toured the Colorado University Campus and walked up and down Pearl Street and took in the sights. The house had everything we needed. There was what my wife called the CVS drawer in the bathroom with anything you might have left at home. New toothbrushes, mouthwash, fingernail clippers etc. The towels and bed linens were plush. We would definitely stay there again when we return to Boulder.

We were in town for the first home football game. The place was perfect. Amazing location. Walkable to all the things! We loved our stay!

Lovely unit, great location, equipped like a guest house. However, bedroom is upstairs and bath down so it's not so desirable for safety reasons for seniors. Otherwise, outstanding...

I loved being able to walk to Pearl Street. The home is small but perfect for 2 guests. Amenities were spot on and the porch with the creek for morning coffee was the best way to start my morning. I would definitely stay again.

The apartment was perfect for us when we moved our son into CU. We could walk to Pearl Street for dinner and campus to explore. Great hiking was just a short drive plus electric bikes were just one block away.

Nice, compact and well furnished. Quiet corner location overlooking an intermittent creek. Kitchen is built for one cook at a time and is both well equipped and nicely stocked with staples, seasonings and condiments. Easy walk to many in town attractions and a short drive to others.

An adorable condo one block from Pearl Street but far enough away from the crowds so it’s peaceful. The property owners were friendly and accommodating. Elderly travelers might have trouble with the steep stairs to the upstairs bedroom.

We stayed here (2 parents and an 11 year old son). It is small and cozy, but its adorable, clean, updated, and lovely! The location near Pearl street is fantastic! The location next to the creek is ideal and we enjoyed mornings outside on the porch. This is a wonderful place to stay!

Such a beautiful townhouse just steps away from all the action on Pearl Street and all that Boulder has to offer. The hosts have generously stocked the home with all you may need and even more - tea selection, spices, oil, etc that you may need if you cook. Generous and luxurious towels and bed linens. Much as we liked the home; we spend most of our time outside of it. We visited Pearl Street several times, nearby sights and hikes and used it as a base for a bigger tour of the area (Pikes Peak 1.5 hours; Red Rocks 40 mins; Rocky Mountain National Park - took a tour that left from Boulder; a concert downtown 30 mins). The house and the hosts were great.

Immaculate and cozy property in a perfect location in Boulder. Very easy walk to Pearl Street, convenient to other areas as well and having a parking space was fantastic. The owner has thought of every detail to make your stay delightful and worry free. There were so many personal touches that made our stay so wonderful. There was coffee in the pantry along with creamer, condiments and spices all provided. We will defintely try to stay here again! Thank you!
