ITS IN TOWN AND CAN WALK AROUND.

everything else was bad… cleanliness, breakfast, …… specially the bathroom were the worst …. water blockage in the bath tub …really hard time staying in hotel

The rooms were booked at short notice when the AirBnB we had originally booked didn't live up to the description. We were very happy with the Royal Court Experience: check in and payment were easy, even though a third party paid for the accommodation. The rooms were clean and comfortable, all the facilities worked. The location was excellent. We will definitely use this hotel again.
For the length of time we were there - 2 nights - there was nothing that we would have changed.

Very friendly staff. We arrived very early (8am) and were given early access to the room Also were allowed late check out at 2pm with no extra cost. In particular Danielle at reception was very accommodating- Also great Spa experience at the hotel Jackie was great! Thank you all at RCH for a great service!

Only one key per room....no matter what.
Mask rules not enforced. Not guests or staff.
Hotel is old and not maintained. Water pressure in sinks/shower is a hugh problem.
Management is not very responsive.

The location
The hotel has an excellent location close to the city centre and away from Traffic. The employees are nice, but besides that everything is average and not really a good value for money. The appliances in the room is old and need changing. The room provided very little comfort. I like the location and it is the main reason I stayed two nights.

Friendly, efficient staff, clean, comfortable room with aircon. Pool deck and pool are great, with views over the city. Central and close to major attractions. Breakfasts are tasty and well-represented.

The fact that they are in town. That is all.
The property is so run down. Not value for the amount of money they are charging
