Breakfast was excellent, environs were excellent, very reasonable prices, excellent staff (except secuirty)

The security have a scam running where they attempt to extort money from guests that come to visit you. If you have a local friend come visit for a drink or a meal, they will falsely accuse her of going into your room and demand money off them as they leave the property. It is a corrupt process, racist as well and corrupt. If a friend comes and visits me, it is not your business to get into my business. Publicly embarrassing guests' friends cannot be good for business. It ruins the resort which is actually perfect is every other way.

the breakfast, the room was comfortable and lived up to my expectations. the front office was helpful. the bathroom very clean

failed to login to the wifi. the combination for the credentials specified was not working. could not use the phone to call the front desk

Excellent facility, value for money. Everything went on well as anticipated. We were offered rooms to rest in when we arrived early... This was an excellent gesture by the Severin team; keep it up.

The resort is a family friendly one with a great view of the Indian Ocean. The staff at the hotel were so nice and helpful. They had lots of activities for children and adults. I felt safe at Severin.

The cleanliness, prompt action from staff, considerateness (I checked in late but they had a meal waiting for me), spacious rooms as well.

Realized when I got there that they had a dress code that banned short dresses for their dining area, I'm not a short dress person but such things should be communicated in advance not at check in. Also someone billed alcohol to my room number. My schedule was so hectic that I basically went there daily to just sleep and wake up early in the morning for my next activity
