The view
Service was very poor and the bedding were stained and moldy The price is overpriced for its quality. I was very disappointed. I had to complain at the reception for the house to be cleaned and bedding to be changed. The common toilet downstairs stunk!!!

I think the fact of the resort being close to a few malls was nice. The servers at breakfast were pleasant. They had a mosquito net around the bed
The reception desk ladies were rude if you were to call about anything. I was hung up on twice.
THE WI-FI DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY AFTER 8:30 PM. NO ONE SEEMS TO CARE. The bathroom shower head needs replacing.

I loved the location and the view from the pool, the beach and the food
The description of the room we booked was inaccurate. I booked a room with 2 queen beds but the manager (I believe) told us that there was no such room and that upgrades were not available. we ended up settling for the 2 double beds that were in the room. The booking was for 4 nights and each night my mum complained of how uncomfortable the bed was however when we spoke to the staff they maintained that there were no available rooms at all I also stated that I felt robbed of a comfortable experience and I essentially didn’t get the value for my money. my mum also noticed some unsanitary practices by the staff. eventually on the last night I made a complaint through the booking.com app and we got a call from one of the staff stating that we would get an upgrade and they offered a late checkout of 12pm instead of 10am.

Great location near the beach. Great swimming pool! Breakfast was great!
We Had a fireworks show for new years. The pool attendant was readily available to teach non-swimmers how to swim. Room service was also great!
Food and drinks can be a little bit pricey.

The sea facing room was lovely, staff were great and the food was very good. The pool was clean and the hotel is by the beach.
The bathroom needs to be re-done. The toilet seat had a permanent stain and the metal surfaces had rust. The bar should open till a little later.

To be honest, the room had cracks all over and the bed sheet were torn it was just not good at all and to make things worse they are renovating so a lot of drilling noise

The staff and location. But I'm sure there are plenty of other excellent hotels in same location. The food is definitely good.
The rooms are outdated and the windows are not cleaned. The beds were soo hard and stiff, I'm sure that's decade old style. Elders please know you need to climb a minimum of one floor but mine was in second floor. The location is very hidden. It takes a minimum of 2 miles to reach any good restaurant or a supermarket if your in for long stay. Every staff I met complained they have poor management (no one in particular). They have stored unwanted stuffs in several rooms and it is visible which is a pity for such a beautiful property. I'm staying here in Mombasa for a few weeks. But I started the trip with high hopes but it miserably failed. I moved out the next day. Management, please step up! You guys can do magic with such a majestic place!

Great location at the beach.
Cleanliness - This I think is not taken seriously at all, some areas of the house have not been cleaned in a while.
Fridge not working - The appliances are VERY old and not well kept. The freezer works a bit and can keep things cold. The lower part of the fridge does not work,
There was also an event that we were not informed of earlier and had music and noise late into the night.
Because of the same event breakfast was cleared off an hour earlier- we were not informed of this earlier either.
Generally not worth the cost; I'm more disappointed because we could have a more comfortable stay for half the price.

Location is perfect
The Hotel looked abandoned and very run down place.
Old beddings , bad pillows . Reception staff very unfriendly and look unhappy.

The food from the Menu was amazing. Good quality and good variety. The pool area is also nice and the pool was well maintained.
Breakfast area is in a pathetic state. Quality of food was average. Variety was poor. Please get the place renovated and improved. From a Covid Protocol perspective....very poor protocols maintained in the breakfast area.

I did not like the food because of lack of variation and diversity...(very limited)
Poor management and poor communication skills by the manager towards the staff...
On arrival the rooms were not ready...

Very very bad hotel even it does not deserve to called hotel it is a motel with bad room and rude reception and dirty place and the photos in the website doesn't look like the live.
I don't recommend any one to go there

It is overpriced. I was told a different rate by the night attendant, then morning a diffent rate.

A shout out to the front office especially Rebeccah.
The hotels facilities are different from the photos.
The beddings, the towels are overused and have lost their 'whiteness'.
The kitchen closes early.

Breakfast not good for indian and specially vegetarian. Only Potato option for vegetarians.My room had no phone, had bad wifi throughout, no enough channel on TV. The room i was allocated was having used accessories like shampoo ect.
Someone from senior management should be available to address any guest issues.

If there was warm water it could have been very good. If breakfast can be included with Indian delicacy, can be more enjoyable.

Very clean apartment. Spacious and great location. Pleasant staff. Beautiful and relaxing hotel.
Too many mosquitoes. They kept penetrating the nets. We have lots of bite marks including baby. Please spray the rooms at night.
Wifi barely worked in the rooms.
