Bar area lacklustre and outside area beside a very busy road. Not very relaxing!

Staff at reception was very friendly and helpful. He gave us all the information needed without having to ask. Eg breakfast, Wi-Fi, location of lift bar info etc.

The shower could’ve been hotter.

The breakfast was excellent quality and the staff were happy to meet any of our requests. the room was very clean and met with our standard.
The location was only a 10 minute walk to the rail station, we travelled to London by car and left it in a convenient parking place throughout our stay.
We have nothing to comment on, regarding dislikes.

Perfect location for us to get to Leyton Jubilee Park to see Aircraft academy Sizzling Hot Circus show at Revel Puck big top. Staff were all really helpful

Nice hotel a little outside of the center of London. Very nice and helpful staff. There are a few parking lots which you can book in advance. Going to the center of London is easy. A bus stop is a few yards and the next metro a few stops away (multiple options and lines). Check out the bar in the hotel!

very good value for money, rooms and bathroom were clean, staff were friendly and the food in the restaurant was delicious and well priced.
the bed was a little hard for me but that’s just a preference thing!

Noisy room from generators. Evening meal very nice, unfortunately the breakfast was poor, due to most items were cold, and far far to expensive for an English breakfast.

Lovely small hotel with excellent service, great rooms and fantastic food.
Lack of parking, though we managed to book a space on Friday we had to move for Saturday night, though staff were very helpful advising us of free road parking available on Saturday and Sunday

The hotel bed was comfy, the room was a great size, shower was powerful, the old features(port window) didn't look out of place in the modernised hotel, staff were very helpful, will be staying again
