The only thing i like is the location and the kind staff

The paint on the wall are peeling off, the water on the shower small, the railing curtain are easily falling due to malfunction of the way the screw are set, the shower holder have the same issue, the bed got stain, and the sliding door of washroom are broken and dirty. And the walls are set by cement board.

It good to being relaxing when tired

Enough of space

Located exactly at Ranau town. Easily accessible to shops n restaurant.

Electricity tripped middle of nite . Checked that hotel still used one phase meter.

Toilet not proper shower hose leakage

in town

smelled really bad, small, not very clean, staff not helpful with finding busses, finding things to do or any resources that a hospitality company would be expected to provide.

All the staff are friendly.
