Great property and well laid out for families. Ideal location to downtown and host was very easy to communicate with. Overall very positive experience and hope to be back.

The property was nice and spacious. The description was very accurate. The back playroom area was a huge bonus! We hung out in there more than any other room in the house. The backyard is smaller than expected but it has a nice Jacuzzi. there are plenty of things provided to keep you entertained. Backyard, games, bikes, etc. All the beds seem comfortable and there were plenty of bathrooms for everybody! The kitchen is fully stocked with more than you will even need for your stay. All in all, we all had a great time. There was plenty to do for all people in our party from age 12 to 75! Thank you for a nice relaxing visit .

Had a great time here. Amenities were great. Pool and jacuzzi were clean. Pool towels were available. We used all the bikes and rode nearby for ice cream after dinner. Super close to downtown PS.

This home was perfect for 6 adults for a long weekend. The home's layout is expansive, and having 4 full bathrooms was key! The backyard is beautiful, and the kitchen is well appointed. We enjoyed the bikes, and we rode into downtown a few times - it's less than a 10 minute bike ride. Michelle, the owner, allowed for early check in and late check out - much appreciated! We would definitely stay here again!

We had a fantastic weekend with our children and grandchildren. The description of the property is very accurate. It is very welcoming and comfortable. The kids and adults loved the pool and hot tub.

The hosts were very accommodating. They allowed us to drop our bags off early on arrival well prior to check in time and they allowed a very late checkout on departure! The house was very clean, spacious and comfortable for a large group. The pool, hot tub and game room got a lot of use. It was really nice the property was on a corner lot which allowed the perfect amount of privacy. A busy street behind the property was a bit loud but it buffered the noise we made as well ;) The one issue we had was figuring out the controls for heating the hot tub and pool simultaneously, but again the hosts were available to help. In hindsight I probably just should’ve paid to heat the hot tub only. Overall, a great stay and wouldn’t mind staying again.

Michelle’s house is awesome! I stayed here with 7 friends over a long weekend for a bachelorette celebration. The house had everything we needed for a relaxing few days. We loved the pool and spa (highly recommend getting both heated for an additional cost) and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook some delicious meals. Please note that the kitchen has a ton of spices, oil, condiments so no need to buy extra! Lawn games, pool floats, pool table were all great features for a fun stay. We ran into a couple hiccups getting settled in but Michelle was super quick to respond. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and I would book again in the future!

Great property location to everything. HUGE spa for 8 people or more. Eight bikes made for an epic bike tour and errand running. They have thought of everything you would need for your stay including fast internet and soap for the dishwashers and washing machines. Not every property provides all of the things needed! We loved it and now we love palm springs!

We loved the house. We all sleep well, enjoyed the backyard and fully stocked kitchen. We also walked to downtown. It was great!! The owners responded quickly when we had questions.

We spent New Year's eve with another family at this house. Palm Springs is lovely in the winter and the house was perfect. It was great to soak in the hot tub in the evening, plenty of room for the kids to do their own thing while adults lounged and chatted. The pool table was hit. The house had everything specified and was comfy and clean.
