Perfekte Lage. In ein paar Minuten zu Fuß ist man in der Innenstadt. Alles sauber, Unkomplizierte Gastgeberin. Wir waren zufrieden.

Kommunikation nur auf englisch. Hätten gerne Brötchen aufgebacken, aber der vermeintliche Backofen war eine eingebaute Microwelle. Wir waren zu fünft und hatten nur vier Stühle und nicht genug große Tassen. Es gab Unmengen an Handtüchern, aber Geschirrtücher konnten wir nicht finden. Gastgeberin war auch leider nicht da zum fragen.

The apartment was beautiful and fully equipped kitchen. Very spacious indoor space and beautiful outdoor space. We were late with the check out and the host was very accommodating. Thank you.

The apartment is for queen's family. And there is nothing to add more. You won't regret if stay there :)

Worst experience we have ever had with accomodation. We arrived found the parking after only reading the past reviews to figure out where to go, got to the Apartment and knocked on the door someone answered said it was booked with them, and try upstairs which was strange as I knew from photos it was a garden apartment, anyway went upstairs walked in and photos didn’t match what I had booked and was a one bedroom not two and no extra bed for my son even though I had booked and communicated with the host for an extra bed, as we were a family of 5 and she agreed. There was no washing machine which really made me think, ok we are in the wrong apartment as I booked this specifically for that as, travelling from New Zealand we needed accomodation for washing being so long away especially with kids. So I messaged the host asking are we in the right apartment as this one doesn’t Match photos and no bed for my son and no washing machine and just set up for a family of 4 as I really thought there might of been some confusion and we were supposed to be in the downstairs apartment not upstairs. She didn’t answer so we rung to check are we in the right apartment, she said she has cancelled our booking, I said no I’m looking at the booking now and it’s all confirmed and we are in the apartment with the access codes she gave us days before, she kept saying no she’s cancelled it we have to leave as someone else coming in at 10.30pm and she can’t help as she’s overseas, at this point we were panicking not knowing what was going on, I said we have no where to go I have little kids. She said it’s booking.coms problem not hers and to contact them. At this point the kids were crying, we were literally begging her to sort it out, so she said she would cancel the other people coming at 10.30pm if she could, and we could stay and she would bring extra bedding over which contradicted her saying she was overseas and couldn’t help us.

Spacious, clean apartment with antique furnitures !Lovely balcony! Mrs.Milla, the owner, is very sweet and helpful! Free parking close to apartment! It was a nice choice for 1 night stay in Baden Baden during our road trip.

Shower (no curtains, water heater ) Toilet next to bedroom. From living-room to Bathroom you have to pass through bedroom. Not convinience for non family

The location is very good, everything is within walking distance. The apartment has everything you need. The hostess is very very hospitable and polite.

All was good

- Very easy check-in which was at an earlier time than most stays. - The apartment is ...interesting. Unique taste with a very regal vibe, but overall, very comfortable stay. - Owner came and met us in the evening - she is very friendly. - Location is good as you can walk into the centre of Baden Baden within 10 minutes. - Parking lot behind the property.

- Sofabed had a mattress topper which was larger than the bed, so at times, I rolled over and off the bed. - Bathroom had lots of half used shower gel / shampoo bottles - Shower is a bit lethal; would recommend adding a shower matt, a shower door / curtain, a holder for the shower head so you can stand up comfortably + potentially a hand rail as very slipper getting in an out.
