I received an astonishingly good service by Ismail Khadar, the housekeeping! It's totally different from other housekeeping during my 3 nights staying. Thank you. And I also received a warm welcome by a male staff at the pool (Looks like the Hollywood star, Denzel Washington😜), but sadly i got no chance to know his name, I only know he was off on 14th, other days he's always there for us. Much appreciated. 🥰

Not too friendly at the Italian Ristorante when we go there to have a look at the menu, so we chose the Steak House instead, where we have much pleasant experience and friendly service by the staffs there, especially the manager from Italy, again, i forgot his name.. 🙇🙇

Not clean , 2 different type of hair was on the sun beds early morning after cleaning, !? Old very used towels at pool , today one was yellow colour after so many wash , it was originally white . I mentioned the staff a day before about extremely over used towels at pool , next day same . The black Sun umbrellas are grey colour because the dust on the top maybe never been cleaned The pool warm and shallow, ( for 4-9 years old , u don’t feel like a swimming No toiletries in the shower ( I realised now only have shower I haven’t got Bath OMG ) the 2 small black plastic bottle was filled with something but I couldn’t manage out not even next day I tried hard so I used my shampoo and Body Lotion Second night morning I asked them to change my room , I woke up with back pain the mattress was so used I was sleeping in V shape and before I went to sleep I had to turn over the Duvet because I felt strange smell I know now what was it ( poo smell ) wasn’t washed properly, the duvet was vet ( They changed my room with worse view ) the hotel extremely boring I have to say I nevet was in bad Hotel like this in my life especially regarding clean-less because I don’t use to see hair at all on sun-beds but definitely not 2 hair types ! so they are the WINNER for me ( in bad meaning) they are the worst hotel I ever stayed ) I almost left this Hotel without memories ( I never left a hotel in my life without fantastic memories but luckily in the last night i stayed at the pool , the music was very nice , I ordered 2 double shot Tequila !! THe Tequila was really nice ( because I choose good one ) The waiter served warm , I asked some ice and yes he also cooled down for me after I said it isn’t good if warm thank u tequila, u made my day in Four Seasons Hotel in Abu Dhabi
