The location is perfect as it is convenient to The Split, many restaurants and the beach.

Our room was a bit sparse.

Everyone was so welcoming. If we had a problem or needed anything a staff member was there to assist. My partner had the best birthday here!

We had the budget room with shared bathroom and only a van (no ac). The van was very loud so we turned it off at night and it got quite hot but other than that it was all good! Very good quality and clean for a hostel style room.

I forgot to read the negative reviews before booking this place. There is no fridge in the shared kitchen which I have never seen before. The host said it was broken implying a recent problem, but reviews indicate no fridge for a long time. I wanted to make my own ciffee with evaporated milk so host took my milk to the owner's fridge for me. Office is not open till 8 am and is closed on Sundays so was inconvenient. I requested a room in a quiet area far from the shared kitchen and any smoking area. Listing says smokefree property but designated smoking area is the dining tables by the outdoor kitchen and that area was right by my room. After complaining and being annoyed by cigarette smoke and kitchen noise both early and late, I moved to a room farther away which worked better. Shared bathrooms were tiny with poor ventillation, far from the rooms so it didn't feel safe at night, only one had hooks to hang anything up, no soap or toilet paper kept in them so you had to take it with you. I could rarely relax in the hammocks due to neighbors loud tv and cell phones. The listing says there is a private beach, but that is a dock across the road

could have be a higher rating, if it weren’t for the downside.

there is a nifty ridge right outside the office. me and my girlfriend both bumped our feet against it. I am pretty sure everybody does. can’t believe they don’t fix that

Well located sea front (little walking road in between) restaurants and shops, very clean big and comfy beds, little fridge, cups and glasses, table and chair, good pressure in shower and hot water, didn’t check the tv, many windows with thick curtains, air con very good. Staff very helpful and professional, use of kitchen and chilling spot with hammocks.

I had the front room so noisy early morning and dusty from the sand road and too many golf carts. there’s no beach in caye caulker per say...you can still swim but not very clean, the island is over populated and dirty, we see more and more big ugly concrete buildings that appears everywhere so caye caulker is loosing is laid back feel and no longer on my list

Really good location, 2 minute walk from the split. Friendly staff that were happy to help.

Basic room the bed was a bit uncomfortable but it was the most basic room.
