Everything was great. The owners were amazing. They were super helpful and were very willing to chat, which was super nice. They helped us book everything we needed to see the temples and so forth. Seemed super enthusiastic about Siem Reap, which got us more excited as well! The room was great as well. The bed was probably the most comfortable so far in southeastasia. The hotel is a bit further away from pub street, and in a quieter area. However, everything is walking distance, only about 10-15 min.

The only complaint we have is that the wifi wasn't the best, and some parts of the room it didn't work at all.

Room was quiet and relaxing, and clean and tidy. Pool area just perfect. Friendly staff, fantasic value, happy to stay again.

It was close to everything I wanted to go to, at the very least not too far away in terms of tuk tuk. I managed to snag three rooms for a fair price, the staff were great, the rooms were awesome overall, and I enjoyed their pool.

Since one of the rooms faces the sun during the day, when I arrived back after my activities, it was usually fairly hot and stiffling in there, the AC did of course work properly and I'm not by any means upset with it, it was just a downer having to leave it off during the day, because I had to take the key card with me, instead of having it run when I came back so it was cool. Also the hot water eventually ran out about 3 days in and was lukewarm at best for the rest of the trip. Apparently one of my family members that came with me, didn't really even have hot water throughout the duration, his was apparently lukewarm at best as well. Other than those two things, everything else was fine and I was very happy with the location, and everything else again.

Ci hanno venduto una camera con descrizione di una vasca idromassaggio, ma arrivati sul posto abbiamo scoperto che era una vasca da bagno grande ma senza idromassaggio, non ci hanno voluto comunque risarcire in nessun modo solo ci avrebbero restituito i soldi a condizione di fare il check out, abbiamo deciso di restare ma ben presto abbiamo scoperto di non avere acqua calda per ben 3 giorni su 6, stessa storia niente scuse e niente risarcimento anche da parte di booking, solo restituzione del denaro delle notti non godute, un disservizio a mio parere va risarcito e non semplicemente lavarsi le mani dicendo ti ridò i soldi ma devi fare il check out. Nel complesso la struttura è bella ma anche la colazione non è perfetta poca scelta e tempi di attesa lunghi se andate di fretta per vedere i templi

My stay at Rei Kandoeng Ankor Hotel, supposedly a luxury experience, was deeply disappointing. The initial room we were given was already occupied, a significant security concern. The state of the deluxe room was shocking, with bed linen stained with blood and a Wi-Fi connection that was barely functional. Adding to the discomfort, the 'luxury' rain shower offered only cold water and suffered from weak pressure. The hotel's response to our complaints was unsatisfactory, merely offering a discount on massage services instead of addressing the core issues or adjusting the room fee. Such a level of service is unacceptable, especially for a room marketed as deluxe.

The room was big spacious and clean. .. staff friendly spoke english.. breakfast was adequate.. 5 minute walk to Pub Street...nice swimming pool. Highly recommend 100%

I have stayed here 5 years ago, it was nice so I trust your hotel. But this time so bad. IT IS THE WORST and TERRIBLE. ALL STAFF DO NOT HAVE ENOUGH EDUCATION. I booked 3night, the shower didn't come any hot water at the first night.So I asked reception who has a moustache to check or change the room before seeing sunrise and also write down my room's problem and situation. but when I come back my room (around15:00) any staff do not deal with it. I asked again to young girl reception, but she just said that the boss is busy I can't fix it. next day I asked to different staff who is young man.He said that “it's not hot water just worm.not enough hot” and final I asked again to reception who I asked first, but he did not say any sorry and just say “wait 5 min”“wait 10min”. Also there are not any towel in my room, so I told him. But he didn't say any sorry to housekeeper's fault. He didn't apologize. on the contrary he was smiling. He is weird. So no one take care of our problem.They are no sense of responsibility. They are terrible and not helpful. I can't take enough service for your accommodation. I don't trust this hotel any more. I will submit the WORST review on booking.com. They don't deal with this problem and respond sincerely. I think they don't tell this situation and problem to them boss because I didn't take any apologize from manager. .they are lazy.
