Friendly welcoming host. Lovely property and comfortable, clean facilities in a great location. Plenty of options provided for breakfast.

Lovely English style, beautifully furnished cottage with a very comfortabel bed. Table is already set for breakfast with good selection of tea, coffee, toast, jam, joghurt, etc ready to be used at your own convenience. Jan is a wonderful host and you can feel she puts a lot of love and care into her cottage in order for guests to feel at home. The location is walking distance away from a large choice of restaurants and the park. Also short ride with public transport to downtown Christchurch.

A lovely comfy bed, kind and helpful host, clean rooms, nice breakfast all set in a beautiful garden

This was a perfect base for two nights. Breakfast was an excellent choice of toast, cereal, yogurt and fruit. Bed was comfy, all very clean and set up beautifully. Off street parking was a great bonus.

Lovely welcome from Jan and information needed to make a great stay. Breakfast was lovely, absolutely sufficient for a great start to the day (sorry about the burnt toast Jan) that's why the windows were open. Easy place to find, do handy to shopping, eateries. Comfortable bed, lovely linen. Easy parking.
