Location-wise the accommodation is in the middle of a mountain, therefore the view is amazing. The service is excellent. I would also recommend visiting their restaurant for dinner as it is also very good.

The mattress was a bit too soft for us. At the breakfast, there is a buffet but it is not exactly self-service, but overall it was fine.

The premise is hidden within the hills and green landscapes (with a 6 minute drive down a bumpy path from the main road, it’s easy to miss the road deviation, so pay attention when nearby). Room /bathroom was very clean and spacious, although furniture was not to my taste, quite outdated. Shower was a bit small but still ok. Room had a fridge which was convenient to keep some refreshments. Overall Service was excellent, staff was very attentive and polite giving tips also for the beaches around and other leisure activities. Breakfast was very tasty with homemade cakes, crepes, jams etc. (would have liked some healthier options too). Other options included fruits, eggs, local salami/prosciutto, long life juices etc. breakfast was not self service which was a bit weird (breakfast service felt a bit intrusive although the lady was nice, she even packed us a doggy bag to take at the boat trip) Parking is provided by the facility. We had dinner twice at the premise (convenient). very tasty homemade dishes with typical local recipe and dorgali wine.

The bed was not comfortable at all and frankly I was expecting much more for the price I paid. The mattresses were quite thin and made my usual back-pain worst. Moreover There were two single mattresses combined to make one double bed (we were a couple but ended up sleeping in separate beds!). I think the mattress is the most important element in an accommodation facility and would invite the premise to invest in some quality.

The views of this property were insane. They were so spectacular that when we first arrived we couldn’t speak. It was just so beautiful. It was a view of the Sardinian mountains and countryside. We kept admiring the view everyday. The place was also really peaceful, quiet and really clean. The personnel was very kind and helpful. This place also has a nice restaurant. Many wine degustation places are nearby and Gorrupu valley is close for hiking. Also Baunei coast is pretty close to this place.

We had a problem with the Wi-Fi. I guess it was our problem though. Also if internet and being able to be connected to any network is important to you then you’re going to have a problem because this place is out of any connectivity zone. Breakfast had “no self service” policy. We didn’t like it because it created a feeling in our head like the food was limited. Also the lady who served breakfast didn’t speak any English and it created concerns over the served food. Also the lady who served the food had gloves on which was good but she touched other surfaces with these gloves and then kept serving the food which was not nice. Breakfast also wasn’t as variable as described in the reviews. It was basically the same everyday.

The views are amazing! Best in Sardinia! The food especially the breakfast is the best! Almost everything is homemade and the nice lady at breakfast explains everything. She gave us nice tips of where to go as well. They even let us start bfast early once as we had a boat to catch. Rooms are rustic style but spacious with fridge and ac. Large shared terrace in front of the rooms.

Amazing views and great restaurant, we dined there on 2 nights. The breakfast was really nice as well. Super friendly staff and well-equipped, spacious room - we even got a free upgrade:). A quick drive to the nearest city & beautiful beaches. One of the highlights of our Sardinia trip for sure.

Everything was great - maybe if anything it's good to note some of the little roads leading up to the property can be annoying to drive in the dark so totally recommend dining in their amazing restaurant!

Accommodation was great. Number one is location - peace and nature for proper rest. Second - staff was really nice, especially Francesca. Third, the food is great. View from the room is 10/10. Perfect place to recharge your batteries :D

The first amazing thing is the road to drive down there, the views are spectacular. When you arrive, the magnificent panoramic view continues from the window of the room and from the restaurant. The rooms are simple but nice and clean. When you stay here: do not go anywhere else for dinner. The restaurant is amazing, the staff is extremely friendly, the food is amazing (several traditional Sardinian dishes) and of course, more of the spectacular views. When you wake up in the morning, breakfast is served in the same restaurant and exceeds all expectations in this price range (and actually, any price range): a wide variety of freshly baked sweet and savoury dishes, fresh fruits, yogurts, pancakes and juices. It is a short drive from Cala Gonone (and its beaches including Cala Luna) and Gola di Gorropu (even more amazing views) and an excellent place to stay if you want to explore them.

The rooms are simple (we had a fridge, not every room apparently had a fridge), but there is no kettle, plates etc. But who needs that anyway when the restaurant is so amazing.

Breakfast was very good! It felt a little odd to have to be served the food on the buffet table versus helping ourselves.

My spouse's side of the bed was comfortable. My side of the bed however sagged and I felt as if I was lying in a hammock. The view was stunning and we sat outside often. After a long day of hiking in the area, comfortable chairs with backs, would be preferable to the picnic table benches and the straight back wooden chair in the room.

The room layout was spacious (superior room). Bed sheets and towels smelled fresh. Francesca at front desk was friendly and helpful.

Breakfast buffet was not self-service. No television in room (for rainy days).

The greatest about this hotel is the view from the terrace and the restaurant. Location is close to Gorropu canion so this is convenient if you wish to visit Gorropu.

wi-fi was not working in the room, you had to go outside to the terrace to have the signal, the same for the restaurant, No signal. the room was very hot, even though cloudy weather and to have fresh Air we had to sleep with the door opened.

Amazing mountain view! And the dinner we had was so delicious. The vegetarian option was home made pasta, ravioli, it was soo good and the wine they served complimented it very well. We rarely would stay again in places we visit but this was an exception! We would come back here again :)

The main reason to stay here is the view from the restaurant and, I think, for every room. It must be one of the best on this island. THere's a large pleasant shared terrace right in front of the rooms and facilities to dry out wet clothing from hiking. The location is convenient and quiet - just off the main road for access but off the minor road which gives access to two of the best hikes in Sardinia - Goruppu and Tiscali. The restaurant serves delicious food and the ravioli was the best we've ever tasted. The staff were happy to let me practise my terrible italian - even though Franco can communicate quite well in English

We had difficulty with hot water and heating at first but these were soon rectified once we alerted staff THis was probably the consequence of an early season visit when they hotel was gearing back into action.
