It’s the only reasonably priced hotel in Castres. It’s also in a good spot and the staff were quite nice. The bed was also very comfy.

I mean it’s fine. It’s a chain hotel that delivers exactly what it says it will. I also did not like that the hallway to my room was ~9000 km long.

The location was very good. Very good value for money.

You have to search a bit for car parking. We found on-street parking about a 10 minute walk away.

The room was spacious and very clean. The buffet breakfast was good and the staff friendly.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. The rooms are very basic but the beds are quite comfortable and our room was spacious. It was very quiet and we slept well. Breakfast was the least expensive of our trip yet was very good. Nice fresh breads and croissant, good coffee, scrambled eggs and bacon and attention to keeping things warm and refreshed. Good location within easy walking distance of several good restaurants and Jean Jaurès Plaza. Very good value!

Stephanie was a star: excellent support and efforts outside of her normal working hours. Breakfast had a lot of extra touches, with special breads, yoghurts, teas, jams and butters that I have never had in comparable hotels like Ibis, Campanile etc. Location is central and quiet
