The room with a balcony was nice and clean.

For us - 2 women, friends - was it too far away from the city center. We felt in this part of Rome not completely safe and at the same time this quarter of Rome is really not very clean. The way by metro takes about 30 minutes and inside is almost "no air" (bad airconditioning). So - in accomodation they were nice to us, but for the next time in Rome I would choose less stars acommodation, but closer to the city center. It would be much more practical and comfortable.

Room was super clean! And very spacious! Host was very kind though she did not speak English and she was always there to greet us and provide instructions (pros and cons). Room wasn’t ready when we arrived at 3pm (even though we said we would arrive at 2pm) but she brought us afternoon tea for while we waited for her to clean the room. Also brought us breakfast (small continental). She did our washing for a fee.

We found the place hard to find so would be good to have some instructions on how to find it and check in. Would be good if instructions (including for what keys to use where and for payment and transport etc.) were written down to avoid need for long conversations with google translate. Could easily hear people in other rooms. We had trouble with a couple of small hidden fees including for PayPal taking 5 euro for each transfer and tourist tax of 3.5 euro per person per night (though this is probably an issue everywhere) and we had to pay a small fee for damage to the shower hose which we didn’t recall breaking (but host was sure it was us who broke it). Perhaps direct transfer without PayPal would be better to avoid PayPal taking 10 euro each time someone stays and doesn’t want to pay with cash. Shampoo and body wash but no conditioner. Kettle but no tea or coffee in the room. The location made getting around to see main attractions a bit difficult as you have to take multiple trains (or a train then a bus) to see most attractions - one of the trains (with a station about 400m walk away) was very dodgy but the metro was better (with a station about 700m away). The neighborhood seemed pretty dodgy but there was some really nice restaurants nearby. We would probably look at staying somewhere else next time because of the location making transport take too long.

Nice location. Quite near to the metro. The place was very clean and decently price compared to the expensive old and filthy city center hotels. This is a converted in a apartment, where this beautiful and welcoming retired hostel lives. Lovely person and great service. Will recommend to anyone, who just wants to just find a place to sleep overnight in an residential neighborhood.

Mrs Lucica “our host” was very kind & sweet. She helped us with an early check-in when she knew we were tired. She also offered us coffee, juice & desserts. The place is 9min walking to the metro, which makes it to the city center in almost 40min The place was very clean and well preserved. The room was cleaned daily. The place also was so quiet and so comfy for good naps between your rome mini trips. Two additional perks i should add are the available air conditioner in the room and a bidet in the bathroom toilet

Lovely room, with a cute balcony. Our host was very kind. She greeted us with homemade cookies and coffee. She offered us free breakfast as well. Very pleasant stay.

The location was very far from the attractions. We had to change at least 2 buses or trams.

despite the fact that we arrived a little earlier, the hostess treated us to coffee and was very nice with us. acted proactively, taking care of our tourist experience, suggesting the best route to get to the center. I also want to note that cleanliness is very monitored here.

My girlfriend and I stayed in Rome for 7 days. This accommodation looked very attractive to us, so we booked it. The whole process was very simple. We booked through booking and paid a third of the amount, and the rest upon arrival at the location. The owner/host welcomed us very warmly, the room was very clean, and nothing was missing. Although we did not choose the breakfast option, the owner brought us coffee and freshly prepared treats every morning, but sometimes also if she found us in the room at night. The entire neighborhood is extremely safe and easy to navigate. There are very good restaurants and the prices are very affordable, and you can have a drink and dinner for 10 euros per person maximum. The accommodation is very well connected to the city center (metro line C) and bus lines as well as the night bus, making it very easy to find your way around. And you can also ask the owner, who will give you all possible information, tips & tricks on how to get around the easiest, which buses to take, etc. Once again, I would like to send all the praise and thanks to the owner, we really had a great time in this accommodation. All recommendations.

cleanliness of property, kindness of owner

We stayed 3 nights in the accommodation. The room was very nice and clean, nothing to complain about. We also had cleaning service every day. Lucia was very nice and friendly,great host. It was not a problem that we did not speak the same language. As many people have written, she surprised us with delicious cakes and coffee:)

We enjoyed our stay there very much! The woman that hosts the rooms is very kind, hospitable and helpful. She was easy to communicate with even though we spoke different languages. She was very kind to treat us with delicious cakes and cookies on every day of our stay. We are very thankful for her help. The room is clean and convenient with a private bathroom and a balcony.

Room was nice and clean. Owner is so kind, she even made cookies for us. :) Also, she informed us about some closed public transportation lines and showed us alternatives. 10+

The host was very nice and she explained us how to travel around Rome. And the location was near metro station (650 m).

The walls in room was very thin, soo I heard every sound from the other room, when tey took a shower, watched tv. I couldn't sleep. It was terrible. Also a balcony don't have a nice view, normal houses and street, nothing special. And there is like 15 minutes to metro, but to the city center you have to change line so it take a 30 min and costs more.

Even though the owner doesn't know english, she uses google translator on the phone, so you can understand each other without problems. She also puts her all into making you feel at home, even feeds you some home cooked breakfest and sends you out with a hug. The property isn't too far and has bus/train stations nearby, so it's easy to get there. Room was also quite comfy and with AC, so no problems there.
