L'emplacement dans un quartier privé et au calme mais proche de toute les commodités.
La piscine et les transats a disposition
La piscine qui était censé être chauffée (en payant 210€ de supplément) à 26⁰/28⁰ mais qui n'a jamais dépassé les 21⁰.
La télévision qui etait censée capté le satellite mais où il manquait le module pour pouvoir diffuser les chaînes.
Les lits jumeaux accolé (pourquoi n'y a t'il pas une chambre avec un lit double et des lits jumeaux dans la deuxième ?)

Communication with the host and arrival was smooth. The villa was clean and really well equipped.

We (2 adults and a 4 year old) stayed for 1 week in February 2023. It was a super, high quality, light and airy villa. It was clean and spacious and in a very quiet location in a gated community. The 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were good sizes. We prepared all our meals in the well equipped kitchen. There were lots of different seating areas for relaxing and eating. Lovely pool (we'd recommend getting it heated in the winter months to fully enjoy it). This is a place we would definitely return to.
There wasn't anything we didn't like.

The villa was very well appointed. Pleasant garden and terrace which was not overlooked. We were there in January so the sun lounge was nice for when the wind was chilly. Also we could heat the pool to 26 degrees.
Only minor quibbles like no chopping board and insufficient wine glasses.

Lovely spacious villa in a really good quiet location. Great communication with gonzalo, any issues soon resolved. Not too far from amenities and beach with a pleasant walk into town. Would recommend and will hopefully return there soon.

Such a beautiful, spacious, well equipped villa. Lovely pool. Lots of different suntraps on the extensive terrace, plus shaded areas too. Very quiet and secluded. We would definitely return. Great communication from the owner before our trip - very helpful.
There was nothing we didn't like! However, a key for the gate at the bottom of the complex would have been really useful - short cut to the supermarket and restaurants on the little Casa Irlanda strip, rather than having to walk all the way round :)

So lovely and peaceful, away from the touristy area but close enough if we wanted it.
Lack of clear direction to the property and Google Maps couldn’t find it.

We loved the villa and the pool. Great equipment too. The owner communicated very well and Clara and Willy were also lovely. We also really liked the little parade of shops and restaurants which you could either walk to in 10 mins or use a scooter with.

charged for heated pool on last day when unable to use it as left early morning, also pool wasn’t that warm even though we payed extra for it to be heated
