Das Hotel und das Personal an der Reception waren sehr gut
Zum Hotel gehören der innen Pool und die außen Pools hier hat man das Gefühl das es nicht zum Hotel gehört Schwimmbad Atmosphäre Personal sehr unfreundlich und penetrant dieser Bereich entzieht dem Hotel mindestens 4 Sterne. Sehr schade

أغلب الأشياء والمرافق جميلة والغرفة جميلة واطلالتها جميلة جدا. وتعاون موظفي الاستقبال حيث أن تعاملهم ممتاز بعكس ماكان عليه موظفوا الاستقبال في عام 2021. حيث أنه تغيروا ولله الحمد.
الافطار متنوع وكبير. ولكن قد تمل منه إذا جلست فوق 4 ليالي.
بشكل عام الفندق ممتاز جدا وارجع اسكن فيه.

المخدات متعبة في النوم
لا يتم تغيير المفرش حق السرير.
هناك رائحة كريهة عند نزولنا للغرفة وكأن اللي قبلنا فيه صنان ( عرق ) وطلبنا التنظيف ولكن ماراحت الريحة للأسف..
الحمام لازم له صيانة حيث أن الشطاف ضعيف جدا. في الغرفة 4020 وهي نفسها اللي فيها رائحة. عدا ذلك جربت غرف عديدة عندهم وكانت جميلة

السبا و الجيم بعيده عن الغرف. لازم تمر علي اللوبي عشان تصعد أو تنزل وأنت رايح للجيم

Hygiëne van het zwembad en het onderhoudt zowel aan het zwembad als het hotel.

Smještaj je odličan i uredan, soba i kupaona prostrani i ugodni za boravak. Ponuda i kvaliteta hrane za doručak su izvrsni. Posebne pohvale za Thermal Spa Resort i radno vrijeme bazena.
Otišle smo u dobrom raspoloženju, sretne i zadovoljne sa željom da se opet vratimo. Možda drugi puta navedemo i nedostatke....

Odličan doručak sa ogromnim izborom slanih i slatkih jela. Mala trgovinica-kiosk u samom hotelu nudi od slatkog do duhanskih proizvoda i raznih pića i suvenira sve.
Pušači imaju ogroman kafić-restoran na raspolaganju u samom kompleksu što je danas rijetko za naći.
Bazeni uredni, voda termalna super ali termalni kompleks bi trebalo možda malo obnoviti i modernizirati.
Tramvajska stanica, trgovački centri i restorani u neposrednoj su blizini hotela.
Ogromno nadzirano parkiralište. Hotel je jako lijep a svi zaposlenici ljubazni i susretljivi. Vratićemo se opet !

Sobe su lijepo uređene i prostrane.
Osoblje u restoranu,kafiću i u spa centru je jako neljubazno. Užas. Svako svoj posao treba raditi sa osmjehom kakav god da mu je dan bio. A ne moguce da im je svaki dan bio loš.

Отличный люкс номер, всё новое, бельё белоснежное
Дружелюбный персонал на рецепшн , в ресторане и в спа
Получили удовольствие в спа- множество различных саун и бань, бассейны и ванны с гидромассажем
На завтрак огромное количество различных вкусных блюд и десертов.
Большое спасибо, прекрасно отдохнули!

Wow, exceptional hotel. Huge well appointed rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. Roman baths and pool area immaculate. Really hated to find any fault

A really nice hotel with super friendly staff. Rooms are spacious and clean. The bed was amazing to sleep on.
Everyone in the hotel was friendly and professional. They have great staff at the front desk and awesome housekeeping.
The pools are a bit busy but the spa area was basically empty.
Breakfast is really good and you can find whatever you are in the mood for.
Nothing comes to mind. :-)

Room was big
Hotel is not a 5*, it is an average 3. The whole hotel smelled like an ashtray, including a room. The bathroom was not cleaned well, there were dark hairs in the bath, and the shower holder was broken. Towles were not white anymore, they were during do yellow. In the pools, people were smoking and throwing cigarette dust in the pool.

It was Ok, but not realy a 5 Stars Hotel standards.
Hotel Staff could be more welcoming and polite to the guests. Also Electric vehicle station was not working and they didn’t even apologize ,it was more like (it is -how it is) attitude.

View was nice, bed comfy and bathrooms very modern and aesthetically pleasing.
Some minor damage such as busted walls around toilet and damaged countertops. I felt like walking on eggshells with their "damage" policy and being presented with a furniture price list before anything else.

The breakfast, room and pools were all wonderful for my family. Would definitely stay here again.
There is not much around the location but we knew that I chose to stay outside of the city center

There was one worker in particular, I can't remember his name, but he was from Turkey and was very friendly and helpful. We also really liked the variety offered at the breakfast. We appreciated that we were able to get a crib put in the room for our baby.
I only regret that I didn't get to use the spa at all, due to my own busy schedule. In past stays that's always been a highlight for me.
