The pool area is nice. The view of pool from the condo is very nice.

The place is very poorly stocked, especially the kitchen. We had to buy our own paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags etc. The pots and pans are terrible...old and beat up. There is no laundry soap. The hot water tank is so small, you cant have hot shower. The shocking item was our electricity got shut off by the electric company because the owner didnt pay the bill! I have pictures of the lock that was placed on the electric box.

The apartment is very nice and with a lot of space

One A/C was not working but they fixed it quickly.

The only thing out of our experience was the location. Everything else.. is nothing positive

When we arrived, we were told our reservation was not in the system (basically we didn’t have one) I don’t have a Costa Rica phone so I had to pay to call our “host” to get things resolved. It turns out the actual booking we had was mixed up and we ended up getting another room that was far from our expectations (not in a good way). Overall, not happy. I could type out more but at this point, what good does it do
