The over all stay was good. The only issue was that the house was dirty. The shower curtain was dirty and there was hair in the shower as if I wasn’t cleaned. There was also beer under the bed from the last person that stayed.

Check-in was very easy and the location was convenient. The Establishment was very accommodating to all of our needs. The park next door was very convenient for the kiddos to go hang out and play Outdoors. The accommodations we're very satisfactory

Provided a warm home with all the comforts for the weekend! Plenty of room for our family to relax and take in the coast. We spent evenings in the hot tub even with the snow coming and going. Quiet neighborhood, with everything you need less than 5mins away!

Has all the things you need for a cozy stay and is centrally located. No need for a car! This is our second time staying here and we love it. Will be back again next year!

Our family of six visits Seaside annually. This house ranks as one of our all-time faves. Enough room for us all, a hot tub to enjoy, well-cleaned, and close to the beach; we simply couldn't ask for more. Thank you!

House layout was great. Porch and deck were awesome. The kitchen counter space is limited and some of the outlets weren’t working. Overall great stay.

We enjoy our stay at this house. Location was absolutely perfect. I would recommend to add a few things. In the bathrooms there is no hooks for towels and in the bedrooms it will be nice to have extra mirror. Otherwise we really enjoy this property.

The house is somewhat small but perfect for small groups. The home was also nice and clean.

Over all the house pretty nice. It had a lot of things we liked. We loved the location more than anything. Would recommend getting ac units for the home to help cool it down I case of warm weather or in case guests would like the house temp a little cooler. Maybe provide some instructions on how to use the tv area and Due to no ac probably wouldn’t rent this home again unless it is winter.

The home was comfortable and in a good location. Nice walk to the beach. The only thing I would add are some hooks in the bathrooms to hang wet towels on. Also a mirror in the bedrooms. Otherwise it was good overall.. the large frying pan has seen better days so I would invest in a new one.

The home was very spacious for our family of 8 adults and two young kids. They were very quick to get back to us with any questions. The only negative was they said we had to check in 2 hours later, because they needed more time to clean the house. Overall the house was pretty clean, but there were areas that could have been cleaner, especially when they asked for two extra hours to clean. Also, we ran out of garbage bags, toilet paper and paper towels during our stay.

Very spacious. Nice to have everything we needed plus the park right next to the house. Perfect for the littles.

We enjoyed the balcony, open space, and hot tub. Being right next to the park was awesome for my children. The neighbors are not friendly and made staying very uncomfortable. The kitchen knives were dull, towels thin, and beds too firm. Overall, we were happy with how clean everything was and the fact we were with family. Questions we had were answered by property managers but very delayed.

Great location, easy access into town and down to the beach. Was nice and quiet. Only gripe would be the bed in the master was not very comfortable for us.

We enjoyed our stay at this home. It was a great space however the photos make it appear larger than it is. They also make it look much more polished than it is in person. Many doors with issues (don’t close) and a broken cabinet, etc. Updated finishes but most doors were dirty in high traffic areas. The house was stocked with the bare minimums, (dishes/pots and pans) nothing extra. We would have appreciated extra blankets (2 extra for 7 beds weren’t enough) and a few kitchen items that were lacking. Also there were no instructions for things like televisions. Only DVD player was in the bedroom and no access to Netflix or streaming services. Overall the house worked for our needs but didn’t wow us. I would stay again but would come prepared to bring many more things from home.

We booked this house in August for our annual New Year celebration at the beach. We drove by it about a month later and we were a little concerned it could hold us all. It was perfect. The hot tub was fantastic and the furniture was actually pretty comfortable compared to some we have stayed in in the past. Only drawback was we weren’t close to the beach but we knew that going in. Another bonus was the nice park right next door.

We loved the house. It had plenty of room for 3 families. We loved having the park really close for the kids! It is also close to town which was nice. There was a few things that need to be painted such as the trim all in the house and many walls had fix’s but the paint didn’t match. Also there was no night light in the kids bunk room plus the bunks needed all the bolts needed to be tightened on the bunks. The hot tub wouldn’t get hotter then 96. We would come back but hope things will get fixed.

We really enjoyed our stay, unfortunately upon our arrival the cupboard in the kitchen was broken, and the handle just hung on the door. The hot tub was barely heated, we arrived on Friday but it took until later Saturday evening for it to even get warm enough to get it, that was unfortunate since that was the main reason for booking the house. other than the few issues it was a great weekend away.

This house met our needs for the week we stayed. There was a bit of a communication gap, thought. While we were given the electronic door code to enter the home, I had to reach out to vacasa to get the code to open the lock box, to be able to have the door key and access the grill. Additionally, when we arrived the dryer wasn't working, and it wasn't figured out until maintenance called me to let me know that they couldn't fix it and it was supposed to have had a new dryer installed prior to arrival. These issues were all remedied during the stay, but would have been nice to know prior to arrival all of the codes and instructions as well as information about the washer/dryer installation needing to happen while we were there. The home was comfortable and had plenty of space for our group. The kitchen was well stocked, plenty of parking, and the house is right next to a park, which was great for our little one to play at (multiple times a day). Close walk to the promenade and paths down to the beach, and a much quieter side of town than being in the hustle and bustle of downtown.

The hot tub was really nice and relaxing after a long day. The house was clean and well appointed. There was plenty of room for everyone. The only downside was the hardness of the beds. It was like sleeping on the floor. Otherwise, we loved it and would stay here again!

Location is convenient to the beach but not close enough to walk to town with Littles. The rooms are spacious, and the hot tub a nice addition. Convenient open floor plan in kitchen/living room. Could use a pizza cutter and ice cream scoop. And some large serving bowls. We, unfortunately had a broken shower door and a dryer that never worked, so that was a hassle. But they did give us a generous credit for the trouble.

Awesome vacation rental on the river, 5 minute walk to the beach, next to a family park in Seaside. Really enjoyed the house. Perfect location and perfect setup for a family or guests that don't plan on enjoying the house but love the layout and function of the property. Thanks again Vacasa

This was a perfect house to host a family, or multiple families. I would make sure the bbq is available (seasonal?) if needed.

We had such great memories staying here in 2020 that we picked this home for a weekend family getaway again. After chasing the kids through Captain Kid's Amusement Pack and Funland and the aquarium, we relaxed in the jetted tub. It's great having the park right next door and such a quiet street.

We have stayed here twice. It is perfect for a family with kids. It is right next to a park. It is only a couple of blocks to the beach, and about a half mile walk down the promanade to the Seaside boardwalk. It is right down the street from a golf course, which we were able to get a couple of rounds in. The house had plenty of room for our party of ten. This is definitely our go-to house for Seaside.

We had an absolutely amazing time with the family the layout was perfect
