We had an excellent stay in Bearadise! The hot tub and sun room were exactly what we were looking for!

Beautiful property and very well appointed. Close to necessities (forgot dog food). We spent a lot of time playing pool and in the hot tub. If your canine or humans have hip or knee issues, it might be a bit steep

Location is amazing. The house fully equipt with necessities. Calming and relaxing. Want to go back! Also the jacuzzi was very well cared for.

The cabin is very cozy and comfortable. There are a lot of stairs, though, so not accessible for handicapped or easy for old folks! Plenty of things for kids to play on outside. Great location to visit surrounding villages. Owner needs to construct a quarter bath (toilet and sink) downstairs. All other amenities were available.

My son & I had a wonderful stay here en route to see family for Thanksgiving. The home is immaculate, with comfy beds and a great kitchen. The hot tub was a welcome treat after hiking, and Helen is just minutes away. The Foosball table is the nicest I've seen, though my son still beat me. (But I got him at pool....) Great family memories made. Thanks for that!

We had a great time! The location is perfect. It is about 10 mins from Helen. There are neighbors close by but it still feels isolated. The basement/game room was so much fun. We really enjoyed playing pool and spending time together. The hot tub is located in a sun room. My family really enjoyed it, especially on the cooler nights. My favorite areas was the nook in the dinning area. I sat there to read and watch the birds. I was happy to see that it was decorated in a bear theme. I love bears!!!! The place was very clean and had all of the necessities that we needed. We also enjoyed spending time on the deck. We did not use the fire pit but it was a really nice area. I loved the lighted path! I really enjoyed that there were so many places for you to sit and hang out with family. I highly recommend this property. You won’t be disappointed.

The cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed in! Everything was great, nice hot tub, beautiful firepit with solo stove, quaint deck and overall awesome experience!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house is clean, the kitchen is well stocked for cooking, and they have TP / paper towels to get you started on your trip in case you can’t make it to the store right away. Loved the hot tub and pool table downstairs. Very convenient location to Helen and several waterfalls in the area. We are looking to book again next year - so highly recommend staying here!

Getting there was easy, beautiful home, inside and out, very clean all the rooms, bedrooms was made up too cute with black bears everywhere, the sun room had a big hot tub was clean with a beautiful setting area, the pool table down stairs was great had room to play, the outside had room to walk around with a cute fire pit, the owners are very nice, I enjoyed the stay so much I added a game to the game collection in the closet! Definitely will be back and letting everyone know how great this vacation stay was! Thanks for allowing me and my family to visit your home!

The house was very comfortable and the 'bear' motif was in every room - pretty neat. Morning coffee on the deck was so peaceful, and the soothing spa in the evening after a hike was sooooo nice. Never got a chance to play games in the cellar because we were out and about so much. Very convenient to Helen, several of the waterfalls, and even a Walmart a few miles away in Cleveland. Mr. Geoff responded immediately to a question I had about the spa and confirmed all was just normal - very comforting to get a quick reply. Bearadise is really true.

The check in process was very easy. The property is well maintained in a great location that has the benefit of being secluded, yet close to local towns. The fire pit and hot tub are great amenities. The house has beautiful woodworking interior with the master bedroom overlooking the living area. The house was stocked with basic necessities. I would highly recommend this property.

The property is better than pictured. While there are neighbors around, you do still feel secluded. The cabin is very big and easily sleeps 6. There are TVs in two of the 3 bedrooms (one bedroom is the loft but it feels private) , the living room and downstairs which also has pool and foosball. The master bathroom shower is great. Both bathrooms had great water pressure. The cabin was the cleanest cabin we have ever stayed at and we’ve stayed at a lot along the Appalachian mountains. The beds are super comfortable. The hot tub being in the sun room is perfect and the yard is great for pets and kids. Our son (9) and dog, who turned 1 during our stay, absolutely loved it. They also have lights in the sunroom and outside around the patio and up the walkway to the fire pit at night. It is such a great cabin and the attention to detail is on point. You are also 10 minutes from Helen, and Cleveland and less than 30 minutes to so many amazing trails to hike, waterfalls, beaches to swim at and towns to explore. I could go on and on. We had an amazing time and highly recommended this cabin. The owners are amazing and easy to work with.

Amazing cabin, great location. Close to hiking and wineries. Had a personal chef come in to cook and the cabin had everything he needed. Beautiful sun room w/ hot tub. Downstairs would be an amazing place if you had two couples....but we still used it. WILL be coming back to this place.

The cabin was close to helen and hiking trails etc. Very comfortable. We enjoyed gathering round the firepit.

The gas burners were very fickle and we had a couple big flames a few times and we also had a hard time with the dishwasher. We had to ad water to get it started. Also, be very careful getting out of the hot tub. My husband slipped on the tile and hit his head on the step, I would suggest using get a grip or some kind of texture on the tile so that no one gets seriously hurt. Other than that scare it was a very relaxing and well needed getaway.

My husband and I stayed at this cabin while attending a wedding at Yonah Mountain Vineyards. It was the perfect location, just 5 minutes from the venue. The pictures do not do this cabin justice. It has beautiful views and seems very secluded even though it’s 10 min. from Helen. I loved that it is pet friendly and our dogs loved being outdoors. We only used the main floor. But the upstairs loft is beautiful and has an amazing shower. The screened in porch is lovely and I wish we’d had the time to use the hot tub. I would definitely come back.

This cabin was everything we wanted and more. With enough activities for all, plus a well stocked home- this was a wonderful first stay. We will definitely be back!

My mother, boyfriend and I drove up from florida to visit a close friend who just had a baby. The lock box instructions should be re-worded a little better. It took us a few minutes but we figured out how to get the lock open ( on the door itself ) and made it in! The kitchen was stocked with almost everything we needed ! The living room is spacious for a cabin. We really enjoyed the front and back porch ! We loved the set up and lights out back. However, the trash cans were so full we could barely fit our own stuff in them. The ashtrays were full of cigarette butts. ( we don’t smoke ) we were also disappointed to see there was no bunk beds, as pictured in the listing. We were counting on those for naps for the kids while they came and saw us for a day. Actually that’s one of the main reasons I picked this house. Location and bed space. The front right burner on stove doesn’t work. The sunroom windows were a PAIN to open, We were worried we’d break them more. Also it was SOOOO hot back there. The master room is also a loft, which werent shown in photos. We made it work but i could see that Being difficult for a bigger family. The drive to Helen is short and sweet if your looking for something close. The owners have a book of local attractions/ restaurants/ hospitals. Loved that. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. If you fixed the things people recommended, it would be that much more amazing !
